I liked that the team was helping me to…
I liked that the team was helping me to put the canapé in the elevator (although the eldest explained me that it was not possible) and the oldest was very strict and would not help me to put the furniture out again at the 1.floor. I was very chocked about this inhuman behavior and i am on the way not to command anything on your sit. When the youngest man were not there I would take the decision right away.

Late delivery
Delivery supposed to arrive on 10 september in the morning. Asked a friend to help me to carry it. It finally arrived at the end of the afternoon so I was alone and it was too heavy for me. I had to leave it during hours before someone else could help me to bring the delivery into my appartment.

DPD is crap.
DPD, who was supposed to do the delivery, is crap. Didn't even bother to show up, didn't even pass in the street, and then saying they couldn't deliver because of some kind of address problem. Stating also they sent an sms prior to the delivery, which they didn't do either.

Delivery experience
The delivery staff were very pleasant, unfortunately they did not seem sure how to assemble the sofa and I helped them, also they did not bring their own equipment to open the packaging and asked for me to provide it. They also asked if they could leave all the packaging behind for me to deal with, which I thought was strange since I specifically paid for this service.

I ordered chairs for the dining table, the price was correct and the quality also quite good. The delivery was quick and I was able to track the truck on the delivery date.
