Venova is the worst company ever! The 2 orders I've made with this company took forever to arrive! First order took 6 weeks to arrive! 6 WEEKS!! The last order I made 2 weeks ago is still being processed... Completely useless company!!
I've a order from Temu last Sunday, and my order is already in Zurich. I will receive it on Tuesday! You should learn from them!

untrustworthy and liars. worst customer service ever, completely unreliable. I had to wait months to get my item delivered, they postponed twice.
Ordered a Delonghi AC that worked maybe for two weeks. Never had such an experience before so questioning the authenticity of the devices sold by this shop. And to send it back to them they are even charging the clients when they sell faulty products so we are charged twice for their mistake (!!!!) as already had to pay for delivery. Avoid this shop and shop at trustworthy suppliers.
Easy to order and pay, and the goods were delivered when promised. Only improvement point would be to have an online tracking of the order status so no need to call. All else brilliant and the air fryer is in good use already.

they lost customer data to hackers. also the customer experience was awful when ordering a kettler multipress (don't order any multipress and don't use venova)
Absolutely awful company. They do not stand behind their products. They refuse to accept material returned as DoA and then invoice me for additional postage costs to recover the items.
My first and last ever purchase from Venova. From now on, Galaxus only.
Its a scam… one month later still waiting for my products…
I ordered on 30 June. Today is 21 July. They say they are still processing the purchase.
Do not order from this company. They advertised an itme as AVAILABLE that was not available at their warehouse or even the manufacturer. After several changes to the availability, and our final statement that we would accept delivery within 4-6 weeks, an attempted delivery was made 2 months later. Company is now trying to claim delivery charges despite repeatedly breaching Swiss federal laws on advertisement of delivery times. In negotiations we offered for them to supply another item listed as available - however it was also NOT available. Highly unreliable company.
