I have been trying to return a order but the website is not working. I found email addresses online to try and reach someone but they are not working either. This is horrible customer service. Did they go out of business?

What a difference it makes when you find the correct email for customer service. I finally found one email that would go through. All of the others listed bounced back or failed to send. After getting an email to go through, they have been very responsive and are in the process of making things right with the product. I am quite pleased with their responsiveness

I've ordered many times, and you always deliver-good products, FAST deivery, good price, no problem with you, ever! I never returned anything, because when I didn't like something it was always my fault-you are as good as it can get!

I can’t return my item. Every time I put my order number into the form it says it doesn’t recognise it. There is no other way for me to contact them.
If anyone from Vencano reads this- my order number is VE8800677606. I’d like to exchange for a smaller size please. So frustrating.

I have tried contacting the company several times to get a returns address and label but everytime I submit it says there is an error. Sent emails but also they bounce back with email address stated.
Think this company service is diabolical and I would never use again and unless somebody contacts me to resume this I am stuck with dresses that are no good to me Shocking!!!!!!

It is great to have a company that is genuine. I will only ever use companies that use PayPal so as not to get scared. This company is great, 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way

I have been shopping with Vencano for a few years now and overall been very pleased with all of the items. Only once did I have to wait for several weeks receiving one dress. The make and quality are better than any highstreet clothes. The fit of the clothes are exactly to my wishes and the prices are very good. I love having outfits which are unique, different from the norm and even at my age very sexy. Thank you Vencano. Just seen something which caught my eyes, got to treat myself sometimes

Vencano, I've injoyed shopping with the app, but it's always a toss up ,if I'm lucky 3 out off 5 items will fit always, and they only returned 40 per cent back after a package that I never received, I keep shopping here because the sexy styles that I find with low prices still keeps me shopping lol

Loved most of my purchases but sizes were off in several, too tight in the bust: this is an IMPORTANT measurement! Please work on accuracy.

This is my second order from Vencano because I trust them. All 7 tops arrived quickly and exactly as shown. I also read sizing guides for each item so every item fit great. Oh, and the shirts were made of cotton! If you have to order online, trust Vencano!

Some dresses were true to size and some were not.

I’m a size 12 -14 and ordered a large and it fits nicely.

Very satisfied with this company. Ordered three dresses and am keeping two but want to send one back. Not sure if I have to pay postage if so won’t be very happy as had to pay postage for delivery.
