Scam Website, Beware Facebook marketplace sellers
Scammer Website,
They ask for a vehicle history report for vehicles listed on Facebook Marketplace, if you provide them with what you have access to it is not enough as they ask for more information and ask that you use this website specifically to run the report. If you tell them to run the report themselves or tell them you'll run it when they come to see the car they get angry and say they are no longer interested.
The scammers must be using this website to scam money out of people
Watch out from facebook marketplace scams
I came across couple of scammers who responded to my vehicle ad on facebook marketplace posing as buyers and urged me to provide them the history report specifically from this website and then quickly vanish after they have scammed you.
Here is the analysis of this website that makes it very shady.
- Doesn't provide any contact phone number or address. Just a gmail address, which mean they are hiding.
- Legal business name and the jurisdiction is not provided so you don't know who to go after once you have been scammed.
- Website domain is registered by a guy in Pakistan so making it more shady. ICANN Whois record says: Syed Waris Ali Shah (+92.3271789110)
Please save yourself from scam and do NOT give them your credit card number.
