Watch out with this company! They carged me additional and unexplainable packages resulting in huge costs for me: instead of 1 package with several websites under it (that they advertise on their website) they charged me 1 package for each website. They set up my account like this, so not my mistake. This resulted in a huge and unrightful cost. However this company does not want to solve the situation and does not move 1 finger to find a solution. They just try to put the blame on me for not seeing it earlier. Not professional at all. I would not recommend this provider. I you want a good experience and don´t want to be scammed, I would skip this company!

One of the few companies in NL that has real humans answering the phone, who are both helpful and nice.

My websites keep going down because the security certificates are not renewed. We are almost half year ahead and this problem is still not solved. VDX patches your websites, without any approval. Not professional at all. I would not recommend this provider.

The support help I received was great - I'm pretty un-tech-savvy and the person who helped me walked me through things carefully, patiently, and was extremely pleasant on top of that. An unexpectedly pleasant experience!

Wanting to set up hosting and start building, I found their service not just fast but also effective and of excellence. VDX listens to its customers and their services- through my experience- are built 'custom fit' which is really a rarity in the world of hosting companies. I'm very content!
