BUGGY and Shady Renewal Processes
Software is extremely buggy. They also grossly oversell you with your own "rep"...who basically does nothing.
We are moving away from vCita and made it super clear we would not review and they charged us anyways.
Now I'm working on a chargeback with the company...BECAUSE YOU CANNOT CALL VCITA, THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN CALL. Says ALOT about a company alone...
Easy to use & helpful team
I've tried a few different solutions to run my business on and found vcita really easy to start off and run with. Their customer service team continues to help me improve the way I do things as we grow, which has added a ton of value. Almost 2yrs in and going strong.
It really saves me time in daily tasks
It really saves me time in daily tasks, and offers marketing campaigns that I never had before.
Didn't expect to love it this much!
I’m a business consultant, and I’ve been using vcita for about 6 months now. I first signed up just looking for an easy way to manage my meetings on scheduling tool, but I realized it offers much more. My favorite part is how simple it is to get paid online. I can charge clients upfront before the meeting! It also super easy to stay in touch with clients and answer new leads immediately. LOVE IT!
Tried many platform - vcita is the best
I've been using vcita for the last 3 years, and it's been absolutely amazing.
vcita is covering all of my business communication needs with my clients: payment processing, invoices, booking, analytics, email marketing, and many more automations that help me capture new leads and smartly serve my clients.
I've tried so many platforms before but no one covered my needs as well as vcita does.
CCO Shahar Ben-Hur
On June 13th, 2025, I had the unfortunate encounter with Shahar Ben-Hur, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), during what became an unnecessarily hostile and unpleasant exchange.
I feel it’s important to share my side of the story, as his review omits key details and paints a one-sided narrative that misrepresents the events.
At approximately 4:00 AM, I briefly stepped away from the front desk to use the restroom. Coincidentally, the security and valet staff were also momentarily unavailable. While in the restroom, I heard someone shouting from the lobby. Moments later, that same individual—Mr. Ben-Hur—entered the restroom and continued to loudly demand assistance.
He then accompanied me back to the front desk, visibly agitated, insisting that I immediately remove breakfast charges from his bill as he was on his way to the airport. During this time, I also noticed he had used one of our decorative lobby pillows to prop open the double doors, which remain locked during overnight hours for security reasons.
While I understand travel-related stress, his impatience and level of entitlement were completely out of proportion. He became increasingly upset with the checkout process, despite the fact that our system can occasionally take a few extra moments—something common in any hotel operation.
As hospitality professionals, we strive to provide excellent service to every guest. However, with 172 rooms and countless unique personalities, it's simply not possible to meet every demand instantly, especially when some guests approach situations with hostility rather than understanding.
Mr. Ben-Hur's behavior was not only unprofessional, but his tone and attitude also contributed directly to the negative interaction. To suggest he was merely a victim of poor customer service is misleading and unfair.
I will not remove my response unless his review is also taken down. It's only fair that both sides of the story be presented.

I recieved this on 03 Sept 2024, the UPS website did not recognize the shipment number and UPS customer service confirmed they do not use vcita, they, too, could not find the tracking number and ultimately confirmed that this is a scam.
Customer services very bad
From sales to support, they have the worst customer relations team I’ve ever seen. They approve every question you ask during the sale, but after purchase, they claim that the approved topics were not accurate. Weeks after starting the membership, they schedule installation appointments. When I try to cancel an application I can’t use, they stall to avoid refunding the money

Awesome Customer Service
Since switching to Vcita I have received more website activity with new customers. Almost over night.
Customer Service is awesome.
I love the efficiency of this program
I love the efficiency of this program.
This program allows me to present as the professional that I AM. It allows my clients to schedule the session times that are appropriate for them. The efficiency of the program allows payments to be secured at the time of scheduling and that is the best asset for my practice. Great program!
I have relied onVCita for over 5 years
I have relied onVCita for over 5 years. Love the easy of scheduling and sending estimate's and invoices that can be approved, deposits and final payment etc. Integrates with QuickBooks and really makes my small business look professional.
Best CRM for small businesses!
several years ago, I implemented using vcita CRM, scheduling and invoicing all in one platform and it completely raised the bar and transformed my business operations. I became automated and was able to not only take control of my business but my time and the cost was affordable and 1 case completely covered that.. best money I ever spent and best decision I ever made for my business!
Wonderful App for a busy schedule
I have had VCita for several years, it keeps my schedule organized. It does all my bookings and works seamlessly with my website. I don't have to worry about figuring out the time zone that someone lives in, and their availability or recall I have another appointment at the same time. It's all in there and done. As changes occur it's easy to enter the change in and not worry. Promotions and newsletters can be done through VCita. They keep adding more bells and whistles since I've had the app.
Great experience
I have been pleased with Vcita. The only complaint I have is the inability to book a couples session and not have the cost for the session appear in both partners' notification
Easy to work with and user friendly
