Emailed them (from their online form) and got no reply. Tried again and got no reply. Was just a general Q about their stock (cos colours on Wardow . com don't match). I see others here have been ignored aswell. They sell their stuff on Amazon too but i'm not spending so much money on something from them under these circumstances. (I am in UK)
I have purchased a velo bag on the site deporvillage.fr, the bag has been unstitched during my trip generating the loss of my stuff, deporvillage.fr told me to send them back the bag for send it to Vaude, that situation go on for months now ! deporvillage.fr told me they have no news from Vaude, refuse to refund me or replace me the bag, this is robbery !!! Shame on them and on you Vaude ! You're supposed to be demanding and strict in the quality of your products !
I just purchased a securing clip for my Roadmaster rear pannier system . These panniers are many years old and have been used extensively in UK and Europe . To find a company which supports spares for products after many years is rare and Vaude should be praised. There motto is "keeping product going is better for the Planet ". Well done Vaude and thank you so much.
Bought poncho for husband doing Camino. Not in the slightest bit was it water resistant. No balling of water on surface. Rubbish....and dangerous when you are out in the mountains.
For starters, the cycling bags are top quality for a good price. Lost one of the straps from my bag. Struggled with finding the right part on the website but once I did, I contacted custrmer service and they sent me a new one within a week, no costs involved. Aced it!

I have two Vaude panniers for my commuting bike and I love them. They're light, waterproof, super easy to use and the right price. But the QMR Hook system on both panniers broke and on close inspection it's quite poorly designed. If you're like me and you travel with a heavy bag - computers, change of cloths, shoes is typical - then those clips carry allot of weight which is bearing on one simple screw and clamp. Getting replacement clips has proven difficult and when I did find them online through third parties they are expensive and I worry they'll just break again. A redesign or some reinforcements may be in order.
