For Christmas, I ordered their Ultra Mega Mystery Box of Mystery ($99.99), picked my shipping option ($13.99), and paid. The next day I get an email stating that they needed to charge me an extra $36 for shipping, for a total of $49.99 or they would need to cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous, and probably illegal. I have cancelled my order, and will not use them again.

Noah here, probably better known to your colleagues as that guy off of Insta who made that awful Break It to Make It comic strip. I just wanted to say that placing my first order with you guys (a constellation mug and a slap bracelet) couldn't have been a more seamless experience! It was so easy to search for and find my products and so I'm over the moon! Also, of course I love the YouTube channel, that's what introduced me to you guys (It was Real vs Candy back in 2020 that introduced me to that awesomeness) and I knew that where better to get cool stuff from than cool people like yourselves! My Vat19 parcel is due to arrive soon so I'll keep you posted (pun city!) on how that goes!

Ordered for the first time and the products were really fun. The sour pickle balls were as heinous as I expected (yes that’s a compliment), my seven year pen is lovely to write with, and my shirt (I ordered the “looking like a snack” play dough one) is so funny. I even got a free M Berry sample in my package which was a lovely surprise! Love Vat-19 and hope to order more in the future!

We got this for my 6 year old son. He loved it! I watched when I was a child so sharing that with him is great. Speedy delivery and the ice packs were still frozen. Good taste and looking forward to a tour one day!
