Varchev Finance is an absolute SCAM. The owner Varchev is a heavy alcoholic in his old age and has a problem with self-esteem.
The work environment at Varchev Finance is extremely stressful and toxic. The management, and especially the boss, often has nervous breakdowns, which directly affects the employees and, accordingly, the service that the company offers. Communication is tense, high-pitched and often unpredictable, which creates constant psychological pressure.
There is a lack of a calm and professional work atmosphere - employees work under stress, fear of mistakes and without a sense of security. Instead of support and normal work dialogue, there are accusations, tension and shifting of blame.
For these reasons, I would not recommend starting a trading or job there, especially for people who are looking for a healthy work environment, respect and stability.

DO NOT trust Varchev finance. I have a few brokers that I use and there was a fake spike and stop hunting in Varchev's MetaTrader platform that did NOT exist in the other REAL platforms that I use. He is a scammer. DO NOT USE
