Well handled, poor customer services, few payment methods.
The order was handled in a couple of days and shipped within 5 working days. I wanted to contact their customer services to get a tracking code, they copy and paste messages without reading, that’s the reason for the 4/5 stars.
Moreover the order was carried properly, the prices I paid were competitive. The website was clear, no need for account creation to complete an order. They don’t accept Apple Pay nor PayPal which are my favorite payment methods.

Great customer service
I recently purchased a Firefly 2+, which unfortunately did not work at first because of a faulty battery. But the amazing Vaporshop support team were quick to help and sent a replacement battery. Great customer service.

Great company, great people behind it
Bought several items (Mighty, Volcano, Acessories, Puffco...) on different ocasions and everything was fast and correct.
I also made a wrong purchase and the return process was great. Putting this here as when things goes wrong that you really knows if you have a good service or not.
