Vapeology first opened in 2014 by owner Matthew Abercrombie. His mission was to find an alternative to smoking and to help as many people as possible quit by switching to vaping. In the early days, the media gave it a bad name, but as more testing by physicians has come about, like the Royal College of Physicians and being endorsed by the NHS, Vaping has come a long way in being the best cessation for quitting smoking. Vapeology has expanded massively, and due to customer support, we moved to a bigger store in 2019. We pride ourselves on our customer service and wouldn't be where we are today without our customers. The reviews we receive are truly heartwarming and fuel us to better ourselves every day. Thank you for all the reviews and support along the way. The vapeology family is forever growing.

My favourite store
This is a great independent company that puts their customers first! They have the most competitive prices on the high street and online for that matter and their customer service is second to none. Truly my favourite store as the guys are always friendly, make you feel valued and do what they can to make you leave with everything you need!

Recently used Vapeology for the first time. Damien tried to contact me several times to make sure I was happy with a replacement juice as a couple were sold out. Packing was immaculate and used a box to deliver so nothing was crushed! Would use again going forward.
