Overpriced, unhelpful and rude staff
I bought a vape from the Birstall, Leicester store in July last year and pretty much flew abroad the next day. I was sold Aspire Zelor which cost £58 (shop across the road sells it for £49) and it started leaking so I emailed them straight away and mentioned I was abroad but would be back soon. Every time I tried to open the top to fill more liquid my hands would get covered in liquid. I was told not to tighten the lid too much otherwise I won't be able to open it but then the liquid leaks out. If I tighten it the liquid spills from the the lid. Long story short after going back to smoking cigs I thought I'd give it another go so I put in another coil and used it again (it had also been cleaned) This time the coil got stuck in the lid. I went back to the shop and the sales assistant just said we can't do anything. He was rude and unhelpful and so I went to the Vape shop across the road and the guy in there said he would show me how to put it together, he could send it off to the manufacturer to see if it is faulty or sell me another one but he'd rather I try to see how I get on first. Something Vape HQ to could take lessons in customer service from!

I can assure you this is not the service we aim to deliver and always want you to have a positive experience vaping to be armed with the knowledge you need to successfully convert and not relapse back into smoking as you had done. :(
If you can email info@vapehq.co.uk with more information we can replace your products directly without having to go into the store in question or you can even visit our other stores as we'll always help resolve your vaping issue whatever it may be.
