This company offers a warranty however, when a product fails the company does not respond or acknowledge your requests.
Avoid at all costs!!

I purchased 2 of their 18V 6.0Ah Lithium-Ion batteries and both failed to recharge after a few charges! I proved the charger works fine charging a Milwaukee battery.

2 batteries exactly the same, don't hold a charge and perform less than expired OEM batteries
What a joke... rip off

Bought a 4AH Vanon battery as spare for my Bosch hammer drill kit over 4 years ago. It has, so far, been reliable and lasts as long as expected between charges - in fact I don't recall it ever going flat in typical 'handyman' use. A few weeks ago one of my sons borrowed the drill + battery to replace over 1000 (1200?) roofing screws in his house. He did not take the OEM Bosch 8Ah battery (it would have required special permission to transport by air) so the Vanon was the only battery he had. He used it for about 12 hours over two days, and was highly impressed. I assume he charged it whenever he had a break, but, as far as I am aware, it never let him down - and he is young, strong, fit and didn't let up - gave it as good a work-out as anyone might. And this was a 4 year old battery. Stark contrast to most of the other reviews!
The 'date of experience' below is misleading: May 2019 to today, and my son used it a few weeks ago.

I have no return address to send two batteries that I purchased for $48.99 that don’t work I feel like I’m being scammed. Will inform Better Business Bureau that you were questionable place to do business with will also report to consumer fraud division to the Attorney General. Very dissatisfied. Customer.

Battery being used on Black & Decker hand tool was working and then it was not. Battery would not accept a charge. Charger was tested on other batteries and shown to function properly. Model lbxr20 was sold on eBay with a 10-year warranty. It lasted less than a year

Bought two Vanon 9Ah Dewalt copies off Ebay, both lasted less time than my genuine 4Ah batteries, then after three uses they stopped taking charge. The Ebay seller refused to even answer my messages, they ended up in the bin. A total waste of money.

I order Two 18 volt batteries and 2 14 volt These Batteries want keep a charge ,They are Junk.Anyone looking for Batteries Please stay away from Vanon Batteries Please.

I have four 5ah vanon batteries for my worx tools and they will none of them take a charge right out of the box. As far as I'm concerned these are total junk. $50 and still no extra batteries. Was told to try a different charger but mine is brand new so not thinking it's the problem but the batteries are.

Purchased Vanon "18V MAX 4.0AH 72Wh LITHIUM ION Model DCB200" for my 18V DeWalt tools. Charged once, now refuses to charge. This has never been used outdoors and has never got damp in my well-sealed garage. I should have read other reviews - what a waste of my money AND of Lithium.

LITERALLY CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE. Battery was charging, blew up and burned my garage down. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEVER BUY THEM.

very good battery nothing wrong with them i use them in my makita radio and hoover it must be thepeople do not know how to use them leave them in damp places and turn around and say day are no good

Rubbish batteries, they have less power than the original one also they don't hold the charge.

Personally I think their batteries are not the worst, I do understand there are many bad replacement batteries out there, but their batteries work well on my Milwaukke M18 drill so far, the reason why I'm writing this review is due to the fact that they replacement a older purchase for me, and asked me if I can leave a review here, their customer service is pretty ok, so I wrote this one.

Bought batteries for my Makita cordless drill that they recommended for my particular model. They didn't fit. When I tried to call them to let them know I discovered they don't have a properly listed phone number on their website, 66850415. This is a scam company according to all the other complaints I've read since receiving my batteries. Do not waste time or money with this company, buy elsewhere.

Absolute rubbish! I have some old Dewalt 18v tools and that needed new batteries. I ordered the old style NiMhd batteries from ebay and also some modern lithium. Both are absolute rubbish! They were as good as my 15 year old genuine batteries that I just threw away. So disappointed. I wasted my time, bought another suitable charger for the NiMhd batteries and wasted my money. I wish I could give a ZERO star review. Never again!

i bought 4 20 volt Vanon batteries last year to replace black and decker. 5ah and 3 ah they failed after minimal useage. i opened them up to look at why and all had muddy water marks inside and the connections had rusted. These batteries were not around water ever in my care.

Purchased 2x Vanon 6.0ah batteries via eBay which were described as for Dewalt. They drain extremely quickly and don’t even last as long as a 6 years old heavily used genuine Dewalt 2.0ah battery.
Utter garbage.
