Terrible quality, awful return process

Terrible quality - I suspect they use AI-generated images for their product photography which is very misleading. Made of cheap plastic material, awful.

Even worse is the returns process. They make it extremely difficult to return - you have to search for the email hidden on the website, and then email them, and then they ask you to take pictures? It's a long back and forth. I asked to return at the end of March, and here we are at the end of May, still with no details on how to return.

Awful experience, terrible product.

Don't waste your time and money

Don't waste your time and money. The quality of products is horrendous even though the prices are quite high. Customer service tried to prevent us from returning the product (shoes) and after a lot of back and forth they told us that we have to return the product to China at our own expense in order to get a refund. Truly nor worth it.

SCAM - Parcel never delivered - Refused Refund

Do not order from VanLiora. My parcel was lost in transit and the courier (GOFO Express) confirmed this in writing. Despite having official proof, VanLiora refused to give me my money back and only offered a store credit voucher. I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Classic scam behaviour - take your money, lose your parcel, stonewall you until you give up.
