Great experience. The structure of care to the result really satisfied 🤍

It is first time when I came to Vanity clinic and I had the best time with them. Kindness and support was the first thing which I meet to all people who work at the clinic!

Initially planned surgery: Gyno + tummy tuck with liposuction + waist lipo.

👍 What I Liked

- Clinic Environment:
The premises were immaculate—clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. It gave me confidence in the clinic’s standards from the moment I walked in.
- Professionalism of Staff:
From the van drivers to the nurses and the surgeon, everyone was courteous, attentive, and highly professional. The surgeon in particular was exceptional.
- Patient Care:
The level of care was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely concerned about my comfort and wellbeing.
- Hotel Stay (Included in Package):
My hotel experience was generally positive. The room was comfortable and the staff were accommodating. However, there were a few drawbacks (see below).

👎 What I Didn’t Like

- Receptionist Incident:
Unfortunately, I experienced a troubling situation with the receptionist who handled my payment on the day of surgery. Despite having counted my cash multiple times—including via ATM—she claimed a banknote was missing after she counted it, behind the counter, out of the client's sight. I’m confident it was taken during the transaction. Disturbingly, I witnessed a similar incident happen to another patient during my discharge on October 8th. He too had counted his money and was confused when asked to provide an extra note. This pattern is deeply concerning and should be investigated.
- Vehicle Cleanliness:
The clinic’s transportation fleet was below expectations. Several vehicles smelled strongly of gas fumes or cigarette smoke—completely unacceptable, especially when transporting post-op patients.
- Pre-Op Planning & Communication:
The photos I initially sent to the advisor/doctor were deemed insufficient to assess a previous issue, which ultimately impacted the surgical plan. A proper pre-consultation should have been recommended to avoid this. The change in procedure led to a request for additional payment, which I declined. I still expect a discount on any future procedures, should I choose to return.
- Rushed Documentation:
I received important documents to review while en route to the clinic, arriving late at night with no time or energy to properly read them. This felt rushed and inconsiderate.
- Inappropriate Timing of Offers:
While being prepped for surgery, I was offered a discount for additional treatments. This felt opportunistic and disrespectful—patients should not be approached with upselling offers at such a vulnerable moment.
- Hotel Drawbacks:
Although the hotel was generally pleasant, the WiFi was painfully slow and the TVs were outdated with no access to external ports. When you're confined to your room for recovery, these amenities matter.

I recently had my first ever surgery, gynaecomastia surgery with Dr. Can and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was a bit nervous at the start, but Dr. Can and my coordinator Güven explained everything clearly and reassured me every step of the way.

The facility was excellent, the nurses were always there to help, and Güven gave me great support, letting me know he’d be there if I had any questions during recovery too. It really made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Most importantly, the results are already incredible, just 4 days after surgery. Having dealt with this condition for years, I’m genuinely happy with how it’s turned out so far, and I know the final results will be even better in the coming months.

Experience was great. Obviously you have to have a lot of trust before taking on such a procedure. The thing is without trust there is little comfort but never did I feel that I was lost about the process.

Ask all the questions you want and they are more than willing to assist!

I would like to thank to amazing Dr Baris Kanik, for the recent blepharoplasty surgery he had performed.Dr Baris is one of the kindest,professional and caring doctors I had a pleasure to deal with.During my 7 days stay in Istanbul I had spent only one night in hospital,but was in contact with the doctor throughout this time.Hr addressed all my concerns(and there were a few,as I am panicky type of person😉) within minutes,had answers to all my questions and managed to make me feel taken care of.
Special mention to Guven,patient coordinator,who met me at the clinic on the day of arrival and accompanied me until my surgery started.Guven was carrying above and beyond,professional,compassionate and polite.I have arrived at the hospital very stressed but this amazing man made me forgot about it within eye blink.Overall I can't thank enough for the whole experience.The only minus I must mention were not to attentive nurses,that left me with the cannula of my painkillers drip for few hours ,until it filled with blood.

I had a great experience, everything was very well organised from start to finish. All accommodation, transfers, and even extras were arranged, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure you have everything you need. Someone is always available to answer questions and coordinate appointments and transfers. Overall, a really positive and professional experience.

I had my first ever surgery at Vanity and I‘m very happy with the results. Everyone was super friendly to me and clearly knew what they were doing. They took great care of me afterward and I had a very helpful contact partner I could ask questions to anytime – therefore special thanks to Yasemin! :)

I had my rhinoplasty and Septoplasty with Dr. Anil Hismi, and the whole experience was incredible - He really has magic hands. My nose had been busted for years with a bump and I’d struggled with breathing for over 15 years. I was super nervous going and expected the worst… but Dr Hasmi really made me feel at ease and I knew once I met him that the surgery would go well. The recovery was pretty brutal and I’ve waited to post this for a month untill it healed better. But for the first time in 15 years I can breathe clearly, and my nose is now beautifully straight.. better than I ever imagined it could be.

I was super nervous going in especially as I travelled alone, but the whole team made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout, including staff at the hotel. I can’t remember all the nurses’ names, but they were brilliant too. Dr. Hismi is an amazing surgeon and I couldn’t recommend him and Vanity Clinic more. Absolutely life changing experience—100% recommend!

I am happy with the results of the surgery - gynecomastia. This is why I still give 4 stars and their pricing is pretty competitive compared to other options too.

That being said, I have feedback.

I had some complications with the medical vest where I was suffering from a rash (not their fault) but at first communication on trying to figure out how to remedy this wasn't great. I was suffering while waiting to hear back from the surgeon (who asked me to message him on Instagram if any issues arise) where I had to take matters into my own hands and go to a pharmacy instead. I imagine this is because their doctors are so busy they can't always get back to their patients in a timely manner.

This leads me to my main critique of Vanity:
Communication. It is very often last minute where you are constantly wondering when you are being picked up, when your appointment is, pick up times also change with very short notice (three separate times I was told one day/time and then it changed to something else) which makes it difficult to plan your day. I would have liked for more of the communication to be proactive without me having to contact the people assigned to me (Mohi and Güven) asking when things are happening. The surgeon would also give me different information from what the representatives said, which left me never knowing quite what to believe.

When I arrived in Istanbul it was a Sunday and I was never told I was getting picked up from the airport. They actually made it seem like it wasn't happening because indeed it was a Sunday. Don't get me wrong, it was nice that they took me to my hotel that day but I didn't find this out until after my flight had arrived, which left me stunned as I was in the middle of looking at alternative ways to get to my hotel only to receive a sudden call saying that a driver was waiting for me. No one told me that would be happening.

Not a bad experience overall as everyone was very kind and the surgery itself was successful, it just felt a bit disorganized.

The big takeaway here for management is to create the schedules farther in advance and have your representatives tell patients more than 24 hours in advance of what their accurate appointment times are.

I just wanted to share my positive experience at Vanity Clinic, where I had a breast augmentation and mini tummy tuck about a month ago.
From the get-go, the team was super friendly and professional. My patient coordinator, Güven, was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions, which made me feel really comfortable.

Dr. Çagatay was fantastic! He knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I understood everything. His expertise gave me confidence that I would get great results.

I’m happy with how it turned out and highly recommend Vanity Clinic to anyone thinking about cosmetic procedures. Big thanks to the whole team for their great care!

For the second time I have visited Vanity clinic. First time for breast augmentation and now mini facelift with lower bleph. I was again more than happy. My face is still swelling but I’m just 6 days after the operation so needs a but more time. Dr. Mert was very helpful and he explained me what’s the best for me to have the best results. I’m more than happy. And my coordinator Irem is always here for me. Always helpful and her English is great so we never had any problems. Will be happy to come back. I recommend the clinic.

AVOID!!

This place awful. I had booked in for a breast uplift and paid my £500 deposit. I read the trustpilot reviews which seemed fine. I then went to read their reviews on social media and they were awful! Some had said that they had ruined their lives. Others said they had left them disformed! The reviews were seriously scary!! At the time, I couldn’t work out why they had some good reviews on trust pilot when all other reviews were so awful, I know now. This gets worse and worse. I decided to cancel and asked for my money back. I was told they didn’t have my money! They hadn’t mentioned this before. I spent the next few weeks contacting my bank, back and fourth. My bank confirmed that the money had definately reached their bank in turkey. I told them this and they just kept telling me, no money reached them. I contacted my bank again and because they were now lying about the money reaching them, the bank had reason to report fraud, so they opened an investigation and tried to reclaim my money, vanity bank declined that reclaim! They were still telling me they didn’t have the money. Despite sending them plenty of evidence that they had it. Then they changed their story, now, all of a sudden they said they do have it but I need a letter from my dr to cancel. I provided this letter. Still, weeks later, no money returned to me. I left a review as it was becoming very clear that this was a scam to keep my money. I was then messaged by vanity and told that they will only return my money if I remove my review!! I Tom them that this is blackmail and illegal and they didn’t care. I removed the review and days later I got £444 back, I’m not sure what they did with the other £56 but to be honest, I don’t have the energy to contact them again about it. They’re horrible, unprofessional and bullies. Also, they will respond to this in an attempt to argue. They did it on my last review calling me a liar as they know I can’t reply back. Everything I had written here is true. The company are awful and would not have returned my money unless I removed the review! That’s why they have good reviews on trustpilot, they are blackmailing people into removing negative reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their negative reviews were awful before they had them removed.

They have now replied below this review, again with more lies. Their reviews on social media are horrendous. They state they have ruined people’s lives!!I sent you plenty of evidence that there was no issue with my bank. If it was an issue with my bank, why did the person I spoke to from your company say it was an issue with YOUR bank?

Also, I did provide the documents stating I had a chest issue. I sent this to you and you still would not refund my money because I wrote a bad review!! You told me that despite sending. You this letter, I would not get a refund unless I removed my review. This is called blackmail! This company is awful and should be avoided at all costs.

I recently had 360 vaser liposuction at Vanity with Dr Can Zeliha Gül. I found the service professional, the level of care fantastic and the hospital itself excellent. In addition to this, it was so nice to have Emre as my patient coordinator, he was with me at every stage of the process to answer any questions and deal with any issues or concerns I had. Although it is only two weeks since the operation and some swelling still remains, the difference to my body is incredible. I finally have the torso I wanted and cannot wait for next summer to feel comfortable enough to take my t-shirt off and not worry about my love handles...thank you!

Dr. MERT is wonderful and also Nadin is super helpful. Love my results and also the experience during surgery week was great. Always had support and help.

They took great care of me and my results are really good to just be 5 days post op

This was my first surgery so I was very nervous I was recommended vanity by friends who had been and had surgery there previously. From beginning to end I felt safe well looked after and everything went smoothly. I would recommend vanity to anyone! The whole team is very friendly and helpful.

My experience was lovely. It’s my first surgery I was worry about, but definitely I chose the best place do it. Since before all the online service for my question it’s satisfactory, so fast and always kinda. I’m really happy with everything. And after they keep doing a great job by message and clarify what I need.

Really recommend it, if you are looking for the right place, it’s Vanity 100%.

I arrived in Turkey after much communication with my sales coordinator. Everything was as communicated concerning pick up at the airport and hotel I entered the hospital for my surgery on a Monday where I was met by my patient coordinator Emre who was extremely helpful and made me feel very at ease. I went in for a lower and upper Blephoplasty which was scheduled with Doctor Cagatay. He’s an extremely kind doctor and obviously knows what he is doing. Went back after five days to have my stitches removed and was released on my own reconnaissance. All in all I would have to say that the experience was five star and would highly recommend anyone considering cosmetic surgery to come to Istanbul Turkey.
