The sweatshirt arrived on time when ordered directly through VU (I had tried ordering through Debenhams before Christmas, but whilst the store took payment, they then refunded it as it suddenly wasn't in stock - that was frustrating). It's a lovely design and colour, but I'm disappointed with the quality of the actual sweatshirt - the seams of the cuffs don't align with those on the arms, and it's quite thin. It was also grubby (from printing?) when it arrived, but I decided to wash it first rather than return, and the marks came out. But then all of this is probably reflected in the price, which was cheap. The print looks like it may not last too long either. I should have been wiser. I appreciate quality and would be prepared to pay for a better garment and with good, ethical, sourcing, so I shouldn't have been swayed by the fancy Peanuts design. It's a shame, I probably won't be returning.

Packaged arrived on time. Item was exactly as described. Price was very fair.

Ordered through matalan who can’t fault through this as they don’t package the items. But when item containing a two piece arrived they were in two different sizes. Shambolic especially when one piece broke after wearing for ten minutes!

No response whatsoever to repeated pleas for help. Only one jumper delivered instead of two. Christmas present for one son snd not the other. I have literally been begging for help and getting no response. Now pm on 23rd Dec and increasing frustrated and upset. Please please help

They gave the option to subscribe to newsletter to get 10% off first order yet when you put details in you don't get the email to get the 10% off. Even checked spam folder and signed up for an account thinking that would help, got the email straight away for that but still nothing recieved for the discount. So they have basically got my data and I got nothing. Won't be ordering now, I don't have time to wait for this email that will probably never come. Please remove my account and all data you collected.

I order 4 sets of onsies from matalan, they were supplied by this joke of a company, evri failed to deliver, matalan refunded their part of the order with 2 days, these jokers im still waiting for my £65 12 days later!

was unsure of what the bags would be like and the size I was very impressed I ordered the small but it is a lovely size and the pictures are really nice. I would order again and would recommed to anybody to purchase I am so pleased with them and I hope my grandaugters are at christmas.

Exactly what I wanted. Speedy delivery. Better than expected.

I ordered what I thought was the same onesie that I bought last year, but a size up. However, when it arrived, the quality was nothing like what we got last year. The last one is beautiful fluffy fleece, well made and arrived nicely packaged. What we received today was of terrible quality. Im deeply disappointed. I can only assume they’ve changed suppliers. The quality of the product is comparable to something I’d expect from a low-cost, expedited overseas seller—not from a reputable and significantly higher-priced brand like Vanilla Underground. I will have to send it back because the fabric is horribly cheap and it is even stained. So so disappointed because my previous orders with Vanilla Underground were brilliant.

Diabolical company. Avoid at all costs. I have no idea how this company has products in high street stores and online websites. I have ordered numerous products from this company from different stores online and every time there has been a major issue. I had ordered an item that didn't even get delivered, i don't know what kind of couriers they use but they must be braindead. I have then spent over £200 on products online, items fully paid including shipping, have confirmation items are ordered and set to be shipped to then get an email to say they've canceled some items without an explanation, find out from Matalan they couldn't ship at item because they couldn't find it in the warehouse (why are you advertising them as available then when you know you don't have them in the warehouse?) I smell a scam...
I then have further items pending that state they may not be available but will confirm closer to the delivery date (considering delivery is due on Wednesday 26th November) Absolutely useless. Not to mention i can't cancel items because they're saying i have to wait for it to be delivered first. I shall refuse delivery and NEVER use this company again. Incompetence at its finest. Avoid.

Great company great choices the store stocks different items and thinks outside the box great prices kept in the loop item sent well packaged and fast delivery you can't ask for better than that huge 10/10

Ordered a Foo Fighters hoodie and the print was all smudged and there was glue all around the print from the transfer, such poor quality and so disappointed after reading good reviews. The return process was straight forward.

Never used before so was a bit skeptical, anyways completely satisfied order was delivered very quickly and love it so would recommend and be happy to use again 🙂
