Slechte service, niet nakomen van afspraken

Auto werd afgeleverd met defecte raambediening en defecte spiegelbediening. Nadat ik daarvoor ben teruggeweest werd mij gemeld dat dit kon komen doordat tijdens het schoonmaken vocht in de schakelaars was gekomen. Zou waarschijnlijk vanzelf overgaan. Na 2 maanden teruggeweest. Toen is geconstateerd dat de schakelaars defect waren. Afgesproken dat ze de schakelaars naar mij toe zouden sturen. Ook na herhaaldelijk bellen met de garage heb ik na 11 maanden nog niets ontvangen. Terugbel toezeggingen worden niet nagekomen.
