Amazing service! Outstanding presentation thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vancouver Baskets. I ordered a birthday cake based on the photo shown on their website and paid $85, including delivery. While I understand that products may not look exactly like the pictures, what I received was not just slightly different—it was an incomplete cake that did not resemble what I ordered.
The cake shown online had both decorative props and custom text. The cake I received had the prop but none of the requested text. Instead of the elegant gold accents shown in the product image, they used bright orange decoration, which completely changed the look and ruined the overall aesthetic.
When I called customer service to explain the issue, the response was extremely disappointing. I was immediately told there would be no refund and no replacement. The supervisor was rude and dismissive, simply stating that "pictures don't match." I completely understand that there can be minor differences between a product photo and the final item, but that does not justify delivering an incomplete cake that is missing key design elements.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service. Rather than listening to my concerns or offering any reasonable solution, they refused to help and treated me disrespectfully.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering cakes from Vancouver Baskets. The product did not match what was advertised, and the company showed no willingness to resolve the issue. I felt misled and believe other customers should be aware before spending their money here.

Easy to order, some great choices, delivery was as promised.

I paid for delivery to surprise my friend. She did not answer the unknown number when they attempted to call her. They didn’t not leave a message and rendered the delivery a failure. I wasn’t notified of this so when I checked the delivery status I called and inquired about the follow up. I was told there was no follow up and the only options were to pay almost twice as much as the original delivery fee to get it reshipped or get a partial (less than 50%) refund. When I asked to speak to the manager she was very condescending and said I had an opportunity to provide a better phone number for delivery. Don’t use this company.

The experience from ordering to delivery was easy, straightforward and efficient. I was updated throughout the process. Not knowing the company and being across the country from the recipient of the gift was a bit uncertain but choosing Vancouver Baskets ended up being the perfect choice. The product was much appreciated by the recipient and therefore made me quite pleased. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Ordering was easy, I forgot to add a message so I phoned and got a quick and successful response.

Extremely disappointing service for gift basket deliveries. You’re charged a $20 delivery fee, yet you can’t choose a delivery window—they simply deliver whenever it works best for them. I called multiple times to explain that the business receiving the basket closes at 4 PM, but there was zero communication with the driver. Even the supervisor couldn’t give a clear answer about the delivery window; he mentioned “12–5 PM or maybe 9–5 PM,” which isn’t listed anywhere on their website. If the recipient misses the delivery, you’re forced to pay another $20 for a redelivery. This completely defeats the purpose if you’re trying to surprise someone. For residential deliveries, the time frame is even worse—deliveries can go as late as 8 PM, meaning your loved one could be waiting the entire day. I do not recommend using this service if you expect reliability, transparency, or a smooth surprise experience. I will update regarding the reimbursement experience once later on.

I live in the England and wanted to send a gift for my sister's birthday who lives in Vancouver. The website was easy to make an order with lots of choice to build a tailored gift. The delivery was on time and my sister was thrilled to receive a treat on her birthday 🎈

I'm in the UK and have a relative in Vancouver, so I've used Vancouver Baskets several times over the years for birthdays and Christmas. Each time the gift basket has been delivered on the day with no problems and the items are good quality and well presented. My relative has always been really thrilled to receive the things I've chosen for her, and the chocolate dipped strawberries are always a big hit. I shall use Vancouver Baskets again. :)

This was our second time of relying on Baskets Vancouver to deliver a present from their selection to close relatives. Again, ordering, completion and tracking was simple and straightforward. Communications from Baskets Vancouver were informative and reassuring. And, above all, our relatives were happy with the presents and so are we with the reliable service.

As always, you got it to the recipient on time, despite the doorbell was broken.

I ordered it by 11:00 a.m. and it arrived at the destination at 3:00 p.m. I've never seen something happen so quickly before. And it was well arranged, everything was exactly as you should be. 10/10
