My credit card was cloned here, opening hrs given, but records as closed. Not able to contact them at all...!!

THIS COMANY IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND TRADE UNDER VARIOUS NAMES SUCH AS VALUTECH, VALULIVING, VALUTECHNOLOGY. I ORDERED AND PAID £114 FOR A 6FT PRE LIT GRAND FIR SNOW XMAS TREE AND INSTEAD WAS SENT A USED 3FT TATTY SECONDHAND PLAIN GREEN XMAS TREE THAT COST AROUND £20.I CONTACTED THEM STRAIGHT AWAY. THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER MY CALLS AND KEPT SAYING I WAS CALLING WRONG COMPANY. HANGING UP ON ME. LEAVING ME ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR ONLY TO HANG UP ON ME. THEY EVEN HAD TGE AUDACITY TO BLOCK MY NUMBER. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THAT ORDERED VIA EBAY. I ONLY ORDERED FROM THUS COMPANY AS REVIEWS WERE POSITIVE!!! I WAS FOOLED LIKE MANY OTHERS!!! THE EBAY REVIEWS ARE FABRICATED TO DUPE PEOPLE INTO BUYING FROM THEIR SCAM COMPANIES.THIS COMPANY PRACTICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR AND THIEF VIA EBAY MESSAGES. EBAY WHERE FANTASTIC AND INVESTIGATED THE COMPANY AND AFTER READING ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE SCAMMERS I GOT MY FULL REFUND!!!THEY KNEW WHO WAS LYING!!!THIS COMPANY HAS VIOLATED EBAY RULES AND EBAY WILL TAKE STEPS TO REMOVE THEM AS SELLERS!!! BE AWARE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. IT LEFT ME DISTRESSED AND CAUSED ME TO HAVE PANICK ATTACKS!!!

Purchased a cordless vacuum from this company. After 6 months use it started coming apart. Initial emails to this company were simply ignored.
I wanted to reject the item as it is poor quality, but the company has tried every excuse to wriggle out of their liability.
This will end up in a small claims action as I don't believe these companies should be allowed to trade.

Scammers - selling broken goods online as new and then not processing refunds.

Do not use. Reported to trading standards.

Scam company, run by three scammers, sells used goods as new stating "opened never used".

This Company is a disgrace, I wanted to ensure that a product had all parts before I buy it and this chancer of a seller confirmed that its perfectly fine & no missing pieces and then upon receipt I found out that there were missing pieces & when you address it to this seller they don't take any responsibility, not an honest seller at all, and the customer service avoid responsibility continuously. scammer company be aware they sell crap

Description is standard from manufacturer and missing parts are not described in full: missing not shade only ( mentioned in return policy text), but assembly key ( to screw in lamp bases into narrow lamp shades).A connection problems is not mentioned at all (needs professional electrical equipment for wiring ),images are not from actual item but pictures of stock in general.No instructions in English.Communication: arrogant, very difficult. All I wanted is simple 'sorry',never received.

Sold a Lenovo tablet to me as new on Amazon but a warranty check proved the item was almost two years old and out of warranty

I ordered a NEW external hard drive from Valutech for £213.72 on 5th July 2021

However, Valutech fraudulently sold me a broken "antique" with a warranty that expired TWO YEARS, SEVEN MONTHS AND TWENTY DAYS earlier on 16th November 2018!

Valutech Ltd have declined to refund my money on three consecutive occasions.

In selling broken electronic goods with expired warranties Valutech Ltd have demonstrated they have no ethics, no regard for the customer & no regard for safety.

Amazon UK who facilitated the sale have stated that it is unlawful for a retailer to sell broken electronic goods with expired warranties.

I have requested a full refund from the director of Valutech and initiated a report with Trading Standards for investigation.

A TRULY APPALLING COMPANY, TO BE AVOIDED.
