This company has an many opportunities to earn money. If you have a issue it is dealt with quick action and very fair. Overall this is a good trustworthy company.

They had an offer to install the RealityMeter VPN for 28 days on your phone for a £30 payment. I installed the app and had it on my phone for over 28 days but I never received my £30 credit. It was an intrusive app and I received no credit. I spoke to customer service but they were useless. Shocking service!

Great survey and warn money while you do them.

It does not close me out due to age like others do. The payment for and redemption of surveys is good.

I cannot cash out my vouchers Im 81 years old and dont drive and my passport out of date and tried my bus pass but not acceptable can you not just send voucher by email as other survey groups do Very disappointed as I enjoy doing your surveys

Great surveys but sometimes give up when I have been rejected numerous times.

Generally a good research site however too many closed or withdrawn surveys AFTER spending time filling them in, which is frustrating and a waste of time

One of the more annoying survey companies - you can try numerous surveys before you find one for which you're apparently eligible then they let you answer lots of questions (and presumably harvest lots of information) then say the survey is full or you're not eligible.

Completed a 40-minute survey, only to be told (once they’d squeezed every last drop of data outta me!) that the survey had received enough replies, so no points.

Fear not! Valued Opinions to the rescue!! Almost before I’d finished my complaint text, they’d got back to me & set everything right & awarded the missing points 🥳.

No wonder they’re called ‘VALUED’ Opinions.

I answer most of a survey then get thrown out with no remittance

I tried this site for the first time. I find the surveys rather long for the money you receive. I tried to claim a £10.00 M&S voucher but can only receive a text on a mobile or land line. When claiming a reward I got a code, entered the code and followed instructions but it needed a photograph and a document. I did all this and then it locked me out. All I wanted was my voucher. I enjoy the 10 minute surveys but anything longer and I get bored. You get timed out if you do not fit the criteria so what is the point.

Interesting, valuable and useful

The customer service team are mainly helpful when you have an issue. The surveys on the other hand have lost the quality they used to have. You get near the end and then it tells you that you dont qualify.
You can earn a few pennies from this if you let it build over you could use it for Christmas but beware you will have lost them if they cancel your account.

I rarely have occasion to send a query or complaint to Valued Opinions and if I do it is about a survey that has failed to pay or has malfunctioned in some way. On these few occasions I find, every singlr time, that I receive a prompt response, am treated with respect and am happy with the outcome. The tone of the communications from Valued Opinions suggests very strongly that they value their members . Cant ask for more.
