Ran off with my money for almost 3 months
Purchased pods for my van. Was told they were already made and were ready to ship, I was told I would receive them most likely in a week but to allow for 2 just in case.
After payment was made I was told they weren't coming out of the mould and would take a bit longer. I asked what happened to the ones that were already made and were ready to ship. These no longer existed.
The owner then stopped answering calls and texts. Fair trading was then involved.
After nearly 3 months I finally got my product. My van build had been waiting at the place who was fitting it out for these pods and not only was I charged for this extra time, but it lost my build slot which made my van build go from 5 weeks to 9 months.
There's a reason this guy isn't listed as a company on google. Those bad reviews are hard to shake. I have had the pleasure of adding this business to trust pilot.
