We had a problem with the names in the reservation
We had a problem with the names entered in the reservation, because on the first attempt to make the reservation, the time expired and we had to restart the process. During the restart, some data was already filled in with auto-complete, but came with an error. In the end, we ended up making a mistake with one of the names and we are still trying to resolve it.

Money gone ? No help !
My mother booked a vacation (as she does every year) but she used a wrong emailaddress when she was booking.
So the tickets are sent to an emailadress that does not exist. We tried calling, mailing, texting,... for over a week now and still no reply!
This is beginning to look ridiculous... we've lost our money.. No help what so ever!

Wat ontzettend vervelend dat jullie nog geen reactie hebben gehad, zeker als je moeder al jarenlang met ons boekt. We snappen dat dit stressvol is – en het laatste wat je wilt is onzekerheid over de reis.
We willen graag zo snel mogelijk helpen. Omdat we (nog) geen reserveringsnummer hebben, is het iets lastiger zoeken. Maar met een paar gegevens lukt het vaak alsnog! Zou jouw moeder ons per e-mail de volgende info kunnen sturen:
- Volledige naam van de hoofdboeker
- Geboortedatum
- Datum van vertrek
- Eventueel: bestemming en telefoonnummer
Onze mailbox is op dit moment erg druk (door het staartje van meivakantie), maar we komen echt terug op elke e-mail. Zodra we deze gegevens van je moeder ontvangen hebben, zoeken we het voor haar uit!
