I never received the airline tickets I purchased.

I did not use Vacationwares, but they're trying to charge a card I don't even use to the tune of 334.99. I book my flights specifically through Aer Lingus and British Airways, I don't use third party sites. Don't use this site, they are just scammers.

I purchased last-minute flights from this company after seeing a “special offer.” After I paid, they contacted me to say the offer was no longer available and pressured me to accept a higher price. Because I had already paid for hotels and excursions, and the new price was still below airline rates, I reluctantly agreed.

They assured me that once payment was completed, the flight tickets would be emailed to me. That never happened. I never received any tickets, and as a result, I lost all the money I spent on my trip.

I have repeatedly contacted them, and they continue to claim that a refund is coming, but there is no confirmation and no timeline. At this point, it is unclear whether I will ever get my money back.

I have no choice but to report this company to federal authorities.

Es un total fraude no compres nada por esta compañía recibes un boarding pass completamente falso y se ve real FRAUDE NO SIRVE NO COMPRES CON ESTA COMPAÑIA

An absolute scam. We have been at the airline unable to check in for a flight we paid for and have "boarding tickets" for. Can't get anyone at the phone or email for flyodeals even though they are "available 24/7" and we are stuck in a city we bought a round trip flight home from through them. Would not recommend. We had to pay another $480 at the gate in order to get on our flight home due to their card declining and not physically having the card we used for the booking since it is not mine, but theirs, used for the booking. We flew successfully through them one previous time but it is NOT WORTH IT your next time will result in you paying for your own return flight home with added stress.

Total scam. Customer agents will string you along and refuse to issue your boarding passes and airline confirmation citing delays from the airline side. Please do not get yourself in trouble by receiving fraudulent tickets and being flagged at the airport. This organization is not to be trusted. Affiliated with FlyoDeals.com
