I highly recommend the individual who booked our reservations for our Breckenridge trip. Branden Peterson was very professional and personable, and his knowledge of the area and the hotels, condos, and lodges was a great asset in answering some of the "little" questions that I had. Being a resident in Breckinridge and being familiar with all of the housing choices available, he was able to recommend a number of condos that he thought would meet our needs when the list I provided him required a lengthier stay. When we finally decided on a home in the area, he was familiar with the property and quickly resolved any questions I had. His personable demeanor was particularly appreciated when he pointed out that the property we were considering was in a rustic area, frequented by a non-aggressive female moose and daily sightings of deer! That cinched the deal! He inquired about the size of the party and the reason for the stay and apprised us of activities we might want to pursue while there. He also told us to pick up a free newspaper upon arrival so that we could get cost-saving coupons for meals at restaurants. All and all, his assistance was excellent, and I will specifically ask for him when booking reservations at Breckenridge again.

This place was amazing, fully furnished and very clean. Much larger than we expected and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a great place to stay in Park City, Utah!!

I have been renting houses for the past 10 years. It's usually a lot of phone calls and emails. I had originally planned on going to South Padre Island. You have to email the owners first. After emailing about 10 of them I only got 2 responses and one you couldn't check in on a Saturday and one the price was a lot higher then what was on their site. So after some consideration I chose Breckinridge. I found what I was looking for and hit book. Filled out the reservation and paid with a card and I was done. The next day I got a confirmation and that was it. Simple.

Can't beat the location Puaman provides but other than charging my credit card for the payment things did not go smoothly.....

1) check in instructions were to be sent out 10 days prior - I had to call twice to get them
2) place wasn't all that clean on arrival. I get hawaii is tropical and have no problems with bugs, but if your going to spray for cockroaches - be good idea to vacuum up the deceased bugs before guests arrive.
3) Poor communication between onsite managers and VacationRoost - our access codes were cut off due to "failing to pay for parking" which we had done - that said the VacationRoost office dealt with this quickly.

The two individuals I talked to were very helpful and kind.

It was annoying that taxes and fees were not detailed. I have no idea of the tax rate I paid, nor if any fees were involved. I also looked into making this reservation on booking.com, and according to them, there was some sort of nightly fee in addition to the base rate and taxes.

Also, the 60 day cancellation policy seems pretty draconian. I realize this is a resort location, but when I reserve a condo for Christmas skiing, final payment is due 30 days before we take occupancy, which seems a bit more reasonable.

Overall, I was left with a negative impression.

I am sceptical of on line booking processes but there was no other way to book this accommodation in Telluride. So I submitted the enquiry on a Monday morning here in Australia. Within an hour I was telephoned by the agent in Telluride nominated on the website booking page to discuss-that means it was a Sunday afternoon in the US. I had all my questions answered and later that day I had the new booking proposal sent through. I paid the deposit on line the next morning and immediately had a personal e mail from the agent herself confirming she had received the deposit done through the website. Outstanding service and process.

I have worked through Lauri Klenk now for 4 years and she is truly superb. Knows her inventory of good places and clearly works to match our family's likes/dislikes to the right type of vacation property. I plan to work through her again next year.

From the second we started thinking about renting the home in Puerto Vallarta to the actual booking everything was absolutely perfect!! We dealt with Chance from the beginning and he is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Vacation Roost to anyone and everyone!!!

When I book I expect the lowest rate. Vacation roost not only quoted a higher rate than competitors , they failed to offer me any discounts and then they required a much higher deposit than its competitors . To make matters worse the vacation roost deposit of 50 per cent upfront for a booking 7 months away was immediately nonrefundable after 24 hours. I will never book with vacation roost again because their focus is greed for the highest commission possible not helping customers get a good deal.

The location was close to shopping and walking distance to snowflake ski lift. Ski in was so convenient. I am definitely going to stay here again!

Hi, when renting a condo with a kitchen or kitchenette, please stock with salt and pepper.

Chrissie was super helpful, expeditious, and really friendly. I will gladly use her services again. She is the best.

My reservation Matt Danitz was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I like vacation rentals, but the unit (206) is absolutely disgusting. Rug is torn, dirty, and smelly. Bathroom is dirty and linoleum is torn. Phone was broken, bed is uncomfortable, and kitchen is not updated. Other than that, it was way too expensive and should not be rented until fixed up.

This made planning our trip so easy! The travel agent was extremely helpful & friendly. I would definetely use them again & recommend them to friends!

Ii am sorry to have complained when in fact I had received the best downhill ski pass prices from my trip advisor. We had found prices that seemed much lower but had made a wrong calculation. I'm apologize to Vail Destinations!

With having no clue about the location and options the reservation process was easy and I was extremely comfortable with the answers to all the questions I had. This is the first time we will be traveling to this location so all the stupid questions I had because I am not familiar with the area - we addressed well. I am excited about what has been set up and Noelle made the process easy.
