I recently purchased a van here. While the staff were initially friendly, their hospitality completely vanished the moment they realized I wanted to buy the vehicle outright and would not agree to their upsells.
What followed was an exhausting, two-hour ordeal:
Hidden Fees & Nonsense Scare Tactics: The van was advertised with no extra charges, yet I was told I had to pay an extra £180 for a "mandatory" warranty. When I brought up my legal rights, staff used complete nonsense scare tactics to dismiss the Consumer Rights Act.
Relentless Pressure: I spent 30 minutes repeating that I did not want finance, trackers, or extras. They completely ignored my boundaries. I explicitly told them at least three times that they were upsetting me, but they kept pushing until I was visibly distressed.
Even After Payment: The pressure didn't stop once the money changed hands. While waiting in the office to sign the final contract and receive the V5 slip, I was asked again about buying the warranty.
This was an onslaught of negativity simply because they couldn't make extra profit off me. I am incredibly disappointed by this mistreatment and would advise future buyers to stay away.

The worst diabolical experience ever. The salesman did a disappearing act, avoiding eye contact when we found him and then hid out back leaving us for over an hour. We had already paid the £99 to reserve the car. After 2.5 hours we were told the car couldn’t be found, then told it was found but the keys were missing. We asked to see another Mercedes and he hid again!
In hindsight we avoided the worst car buying experience, but we are still fighting for our £99 !!!!!
If possible avoid this garage

Spent nearly £10k on a car from this garage and it’s been one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had.
From day one the car needed work. The front tyres were heavily worn and close to illegal, the A/C doesn’t work, and despite being told the car had “full service history” there is a missing service record.
Before buying, I specifically asked what would happen if there were issues and was assured by the salesperson that I could bring the car back and they would sort anything out. Once the problems were raised, I was then told: “All our cars are sold as seen” and that the warranty only covers mechanical issues, not “wear and tear.”
Conveniently, almost everything the car needs apparently falls into that category.
I have evidence of the condition of the tyres and the conversations that took place. Looking back, I feel the reviews online gave a very misleading impression of the business.
Buyer beware if you do buy from here, I’d strongly recommend using finance rather than paying outright, as you may have more protection if things go wrong.

V12 at Worksop probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a used car company. They took a deposit for a car that we had agreed to buy and my wife went to collect a few days later. After been spoken to by Kelton who initially was polite in his defence. However he had made up a story on saying that the car wouldn’t charge and that they had made a decision to send it back to auction. No attempt was made by himself or anyone else from V12 to contact my wife to say that this was the case.
After checking the Government website it appears that the car had not been sent but been sold to another customer as the car had been taxed. Still waiting for the refund!

We wanted to upgrade to electric car so the key is to do your research before going to a dealership like this as it has multiple brands.
The salesman Simon was very helpful as we didn't have an appointment and just turned up, he went off and brought the car around we were interested in took us for a test drive and we bought it. It was a pleasant experience buying the car not pushy with anything you made your own mind up the only thing is they need to spend some money and get a working drinks machine.

I called to arrange a viewing of a car and was advised by Zephan Opebiyi that if I paid £99, I could reserve it. As I wanted to buy the car, I agreed and advised that I need to work out a suitable day around my Son's college timetable. I called back 2 days later but was unable to reach Zephan on his mobile number. I then called the following day again and was told he was not in the office and that the 3-day reservation had expired. This is the first time I have been told about a 3-day limit; otherwise, I would not have paid it in the first place, knowing I could not get there in 3 days. I was advised by the Sales Manager that I would now have to pay another £99 to hold the vehicle again. I explained that 3 days had never been advised and that I intend to come down over the weekend to buy the car. V12 were not prepared to hold it until Monday, preferring to lose the sale rather than ask for another £99.00. This was a waste of everyone's time, given the fact that I wanted to buy the car. Insisting on another £99 is short-sighted and a lost sale for V12. Poor customer service from Zephan Opebiyi and the Sales Manager, and a pointless loss of a sale!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
If Possible keep away this company at all costs they are a cowboy outfit, they are changing parts between
other cars and many things that are standard on cars are not included when you actually get the car. and use high pressure selling to get you to sign up to there various addons especially there warranties 2000, it is a con and is part of their own company.
If you do decide to buy a car from these people make sure that all the features and tools are supplied with the car before you take the car away as you will have no chance of getting them back once you leave the showroom.
Would not recommend this garage to anyone

TLDR: terrible customer service, rude, unhelpful, late for appointments, over staffed and clueless about customers
Second day in a row we’ve turned up to view a specific car. Second day in a row we’ve left frustrated. More so today as we made an appointment to view instead of just turning up. Four people in the sales office chatting and laughing away while we stood for 15 minutes waiting for an appointment that we’d made to check out a car we were 90% sure that we wanted to buy. Not worth it for the crappy customer service. Not a company I’d recommend and not one we wanted to spend money with.

Travelled for 30 mins after phoning. After arriving (in the early afternoon) was asked to sit down in the waiting area which I did,
Waited approx 25 mins, no sales rep attended, hope they enjoyed their Mcdonalds, which they clearly did munching away in the office.
No one even approached to enquire whether I had been seen to.
Customer services non-existent, really disappointed and felt like I didn't exist hence took my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional - Avoid
I recently bought a car here and found the engine bay was in a terrible state. When I asked the dealer to help, I was told they are 'not responsible' for cleaning it. For a dealership to have so little pride in the vehicles they sell is a huge red flag.
ALSO ! The front parking sensors doesn't work, low engine oil , no screen wash... CAR IS NOT AS DESCRIBED!
All "extras "- I wasn't aware ,were charged from my cash deposit!!!
I've sent many emails still no response...
AVOID - AVOID
Check every inch of your car and INVOICE before paying,!!
Update:
Car was sold with faulty front sensors- had to waste my time take off work to go to garage to fix it. ( they arranged it; under Kia 7 years warranty )
Dent and scratch which wasn't visible at time of purchased ignored by them!
Still haven't received Update invoice after removing adds-on.
Unresolved financial discrepancy raised in few emails still no response.
Read carefully the reviews before purchasing car from them !

Absolutely shocking, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
We dealt with the Worksop branch and the after sales department is the worst Ive ever had to deal with.
We have an issue with warning light intermittently displaying on the dash on an electric 2008 we purchased.
I’ve been trying to get in contact for over a week and nobody ever picks up the phone. So I called the sales department who picked up immediately! I explained the issue and they said they would put me through to the after sales, guess what nobody answers. I gave up again after being on the phone for over 37 minutes.
I emailed to lodge a complaint, guess what! No response.
I contacted the warranty company direct, explained the issue, they then had to try connecting me with Worksop, guess what! No f@@@@@@ response.
Now going to seek legal routes.
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Garage has a Great Selection of Cars.
Visited Fords of Winsford a week earlier and they were poor in comparison to Variety and Condition.
I Reserved, Viewed and Paid for vehicle via Bank Transfer.
Experience then went downhill... and I mean downhill.
1. Car has NO Logbook
2. Car only has 1 key (You have to search on FAQ to find this info) Cost for new key is £500.
3. Advertised as having Massage seats. (Still trying to find them)
4. Promised it would be valeted/cleaned prior to pick up. (Wasn't)
5. Assured Reg Plate would be straightened as was really skewwiff (Wasn't)
Really Bad to be honest, put a real downer on the deal.
I would recommend going to approved dealer.

The sales experience was average — I’d give it 3 out of 5. We booked an appointment and arrived on time, but still had to wait around 30 minutes before being seen. The sales representative didn’t seem prepared for the specific car we were interested in and couldn’t provide any useful information about it. I had researched the model myself beforehand, so i guess this didnt matter too much, but going from an ICE to a EV is quite a big change - i thought there couldve been more chat about this, and about the spec of the car.
As expected, there was a strong push to sell add‑ons, which totalled over £4,000 on top of the car price. I eventually agreed to a £179 “Peace of Mind” warranty package (shouldnt this be included anyway?!).
When I got home, I decided I didn’t need the package and contacted V12 Sports & Classics to cancel it within the cooling‑off period. For more than a week I called repeatedly. Each time I was told someone would call me back — nobody ever did. The aftersales department kept me on hold for long periods, only to say the same thing again.
I submitted a formal written complaint, which still hasn’t been acknowledged. Eventually, after pushing for answers, I was told I wouldn’t be getting a refund and the person I spoke to was quite rude. From my understanding of consumer rights, I should be entitled to a refund when cancelling within the cooling‑off period.
Also they included a vehice inspection report in the paperwork of the wrong car, after requesting this paper work for my car they still have not provided it for me.
As the dealership has refused to process my cancellation within the cooling off period, i have now raised the matter with the Financial Ombudsman Service through my finance provider. I am hoping this will finally lead to a resolution.
The car itself seems fine so far, but based on my experience — and the number of similar reviews from other customers — I’m concerned about what would happen if something did go wrong. There’s even a Facebook group dedicated to negative experiences with this company.
Overall: 1 out of 5.
I would not recommend buying from this dealership.

V12 SPORTS AND CLASSICS IN WORKSOP
I purchased a car from V12 Sports and Classics and it turned into one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had.
Within a week, the car developed a brake fault. I reported it immediately and was told it would be booked in quickly, but from that point on, communication completely broke down. I had to repeatedly chase them, and in the meantime, the brakes deteriorated to the point where I had to return the car—just three days before a family holiday I had already told them about.
Because of this, I had to hire a car to take my children away, costing me even more money.
After dropping the car off, I followed up the next day—no update. The following week, while I was on holiday, I was told the car had been sent to a garage and I’d get a call back that day. No one called. I chased again two days later and was told they still had no update.
I then contacted the garage directly, only to find out the car had already been diagnosed, repaired, and sent back to V12 for testing. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. I actually had to cut my holiday short and return early just to deal with this situation.
When I went into the dealership demanding answers, I was told the car wasn’t even there—it had supposedly gone back to the garage. I called the garage again, and they confirmed V12 had literally just returned it. The lack of communication and transparency was unbelievable.
I was left without a car for three weeks, constantly chasing, spending more money on hire vehicles, and getting nowhere. After a heated discussion in the showroom, I told them to keep the car and refund me. To be fair, they agreed—but even that became another ordeal.
I refused to leave until the refund process was started. Even then, I had to chase repeatedly over the following two weeks, being told to call back because staff had “gone home early.” Meanwhile, I had no car and no money to replace it.
Eventually, after escalating things again in person, one helpful staff member stepped in and pushed things forward. Only then did the refund finally get processed—and I received my money two days later.
To make matters worse, the garage later told me there was actually no fault with the car when it was returned to them, which raises even more questions about how this was handled.
This entire experience—from the fault, to the complete lack of communication, to the delay in refund—has been exhausting and unacceptable. They were very quick to take my money, but far less interested in resolving the situation properly.
I will never use V12 again and would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from them.

Kaliemt made the whole car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. His customer service was excellent throughout the process.
Sophie handled the handover brilliantly—she was friendly, thorough, and made sure I understood everything about the car before driving away. She explained all the features clearly and made the handover feel special.
Overall, a fantastic experience at the showroom. Both Kaliemt and Sophie provided outstanding service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
