Extremely disappointed. From one day to the next, the service has completely disappeared. I have tried reaching out to their support team multiple times, but they have stopped responding entirely, leaving customers stranded after taking their money. This is a total lack of professionalism and basic business ethics. Save your time and money—do not trust this service.

They are a little slow in answering, but when they answer, they solve my problems, questions and doubts.

However, it doesn't matter because their bot works very well and is updated quickly for changes.

For some people support is very important but not for me as long as their products work very well..

Their software one of the best Automator I have ever used.
