1.You will work hard all year to make extra hours (overtime) I did 1900h + holidays. I got paid only extra 1200€ for all overtime what I worked. (Only after my colleague made call and told we did more.)

will send you to sit home and will use your holidays, without your permission or agreement. In contract it’s written, they obligated to provide minimum 40hours per week.
