Afrekening jaar
Ieder jaar na de afrekening krijg je de vermelding: "Het saldo in uw voordeel zal u spoedig worden teruggestort" Da was op 25 maart 2025.
Spoedig daarmee bedoelen ze dan 30 dagen nadien zoals de wet voorschrijft, dan is daar inneens de wet..... Zoek spoedig maar eens op in google, prutsers zijn dat.
Tis nu 30 april en wat denk je, nog steeds niks he.
Ik ga mijn bijdragen in de toekomst betalen net zoals zij. Zoek je een goeie syndicus blijf hier dan maar weg.
Ondertussen is het 5 mei 2025 en.... nog steeds niks, ze reageren zelfs nie op mijn mail. Wat een geknoei, echte losers, .......
