Horrible customer service. Received my item extremely late so had to go elsewhere to purchase a similar item for the event I was attending. They refused to let me return the item that I still haven’t even received yet 3 weeks after I ordered.

Address change was little hassle and website should allow it easily and should have options if different address has been selected. Address changes should allow through website when customers realize that wrong address has been picked in the order.

A very unhappy long term customer. Will not be buying from Utsav again. Repeatedly asked to pay a balance amount for a technical glitch that only impacted me.

Beautiful but color looked a bit different from the photos on the website.

The lehenga choli looks exactly like the picture. So beautiful and the beading is perfect!! It fit exactly as expected. I actually went with a larger size choli just in case and then had it altered smaller. It took about 15 days before the dress shipped but it arrived in just a few days later. Great experience overall.

The selection of clothes is good but the website is not loading all the time

I recently placed an order for a size 42 item based on your size guide, which indicated that this was the correct fit for me. However, upon receiving the shipment today and trying the product, I noticed that it is significantly looser than expected—more like a size 44, despite being labeled as 42.

I would like to request a replacement in size 40, as I need it for a function on April 14th. Could you please let me know if an exchange is possible and if I can receive the new size in time for the event?

Shitty service

Before I placed my order the replacement said I would get my order before my birthday. I ended up getting my order 5days after my birthday. I questioned it they said the wrong county was on the order. Not true, they just delayed my order cause they knew I wouldn't get it in time for my bday. Thank you for my disappointment
