Great price for the quality of the product, great service and very reassuring with the safety of my personal documents. Only problem was the plates didn't fit flat on my car as its how the car was made. (check your car before you buy)

Number plates never arrived
Number plates never arrived! Still haven't arrived and nearly two weeks late! Apparently they were lost in the Royal Mail 48hr guaranteed post...in the end I went elsewhere. Asked for refund and still awaiting.

The initial ordering was very easy…
The initial ordering was very easy however they dispatched the incorrect printed plates. One phone call later they rectified the problem very quickly and upgraded the plate FOC. Mistakes happen and they could not have been more helpful.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, answered my questions very quickly. Very easy site to navigate, great choice of plates and styles. I went with ghost which look brilliant. I chose the do it for me service which takes out all the stress and just hassle free, my plates was with me before I knew it and I was able to put them straight on my car. Not a bad word to say about my experience.

Super Company to use for plates!
So happy with this company! There was the smallest of mistake made with my order but the staff were so happy to help and did so prompt! After many apologies from them, I received my plate for my bike pronto and its great! I have nothing but good to say about the service! Definitely, do use this company! :)

Incorrect plates - rectified
The order that I received was incorrect so it makes me wonder if providing my documents was necessary. I was able to speak with customer service and they handled and dealt with the matter with the incorrect plate. I was not entirely happy with the solution as it required me to wait even longer than necessary in my opinion to get the plates I ordered, which they didn't follow the solution they provided me. The plates I received in the end were what I expected them to be and I am happy with them. As it was just a general mistake I would recommend others. I don't believe this is a common thing but just my experience on this occasion, which was I believe was sorted professionally
