Only ordered Friday lunchtime online and was not expecting delivery until middle of next week but turned up Saturday morning. Fantastic service. Product is more robust than I expected. Fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anybody.

Never use this company cheap Chinese rubbish they lie to you constantly about refunds rude staff if you want to waste money buy a box from them

Would love to tell you all about how good my toolbox is, however after calling the sales line for a total of 7.5 hours over 4 days & having no answer, I wouldn’t know! So I e-mailed them for a quote for 8 of their heavy duty stainless steel range as were needing to kit our garage out…. Again…. No response, so went to SGS instead.

Surprised to see it will now trust this site on Facebook as got scammed a couple of times beforehand

Well made and strong, draws a little sticky, which could be the newness.

Cheapest hard flight case around. No it's not a Peli case & it doesn't carry the price tag of them either. This is the second case I've ordered because I was so happy with the first. The foam inserts are the only slight disappointment, would've preferred something a little more firm but I'll hunt around & get replacements when I need to.
1 "egg box" layer on lid (easily removed), 1 pick n pluck layer 45mm deep, 2 blank layers 45mm deep each.
Other than that, this is a super case for sticking camera gear in at a price that wont leave you wincing or your pocket empty. There are 4 clamps (2 on front & 1 on each adjacent side) to lock the lid down, two holes on the front rim to add padlocks too & secure the lid, a a strong thick carry handle & a plastic covered bolt which unscrews presumably for pressure release. There's a rubber seal inside the top lid which should help protect against water ingress.
I'm only using these cases to store my camera gear in for when I'm travelling in my car to locations & not used for flights yet, I expect I'll be ordering a third & have recommended them to my friends ( I should get some commission lol ).
Delivery by DPD & was with me 2 days after ordering.

Do not buy from this company !! Ordered a tool chest which they said would take a few days, in the end it took nearly 3 months to deliver, paid using PayPal Klarna, the tool chest arrived damaged, but you can't get a refund from Klarna and these guys don't respond to emails or phone calls.

Did not use f-ing poxy Evri/Herpes as the courier so goods actually arrived & un 'inspected'.

Phoned them up spoke just to make sure as I had a non standard colour scheme and wasn’t sure on the postage. Kept me up to date and posted for free. Great product excellent service nice bit of kit. Thanks

Arrived on time and in good order, definitely a budget box, but well good enough for DIY usage, I'm happy adding it to the line of professional grade USPRO boxes

I ordered a new tool box and cabinet.
The order was processed quickly, but the order went almost immediately to "complete". I was given no tracking number or estimated delivery day.
As it turned out it was sent via DPD and I received a message through the DPD app on my phone with details of delivery time, but it would have been good to be able to get this info from US PRO

It was great, i received damaged telescope handle due to deleivery mishandled but customer service was great and they dispatched new box very next day and i got it. It seems good and durable

Products well categorized, easy to choose from menu's with all the relevant information displayed.

Arrived in a week to N.Ireland. I ordered via their site where delivery is flat rate. Cardboard boxes had minimal transit damage but tool boxes were undamaged.

Similar to other recent reviews, ordered a tool chest weeks ago. Chased up and was told it would be sent out on the 22nd. No sign of it so chased up again and now told it will be the 31st. Excuse - "the container was pushed back". The site does claim "same day dispatch". I will see what happens on 31st but I wouldn't shop here again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not use!!! Everything on the website is listed as in stock, it isn't and has to be shipped in a container from China. You'll end up waiting weeks but you'll only know that when you chase and chase. Your made to feel like a pest because you need to know where your items are or if your refund has been issued. Like getting blood from a stone, when and if you do receive a response to an email it's written like a text message and you'll get one line to a list of clear and concise questions. I couldn't tell you the quality of my items as I simply haven't received them and am now battling to get my money back. Be very careful people, I think this company may be in trouble and could simply disappear with your hard earned money. My advice was buy from a well known established website even if it costs a few more of your hard earned penny's.
