Pricing very off and only works for Airbnb not Vrbo. It changed my airbnb price to the lowest possible even for Thanksgiving day which is supposed to be the 2nd highest rate day for the whole year. I would have a penalty for canceling the booking on Airbnb. I did a cross board research on my own and found out their so called dynamic pricing is totally off from our competitors in the market. I didn't even ask for any compensation or refund for the poor service for the previous months but a refund for the month I didn't book anything and only a few days after they charged me for the next billing cycle. They wouldn't even refund the $20 I requested. I switched to Beyondpricing and now I get bookings constantly and my occupancy rate is higher than most without lowering my pricing to the bottom.

Wheelhouse is not only top notch at proactively adapting and enhancing the software for the clients true needs, but it also never crashes or has issues with interfacing, so there is never a worry when updating rates, LOS, over-rides, etc.

I self-manage my own Airbnb properties. I have a day job and don't have time to manage pricing on a regular basis. Wheelhouse does that for me which is awesome. And when I do dig into pricing and have questions, Wheelhouse has what feels like 24 hour customer service on demand. Whenever I reach out, I get a rather quick response from a real human. No links to solutions, but a real response with real answers. Thank you, Wheelhouse!

I used this service for many years. It started to delete the rule sets I use on Airbnb. I turned off sync to wait for them to fix that. They kept charging me anyway. Only stopped after I deleted my account. Never again.

I was sceptical at first, how would the software know what my local pricing was. Reality though - I was spending most evenings playing around with my pricing, trying to look up future events and the like and that was just for one property. I was over estimating sometimes and underestimating at other times.

Wheelhouse has given me my evenings back and successfully manages the pricing of all my short term rentals now. I would be lucky to log in once a month to check on things (or use the Hypothetical Listing tool when trying to decide on my next property).

You can get started with just the basic's, but the more you learn about the different capabilities of the system the better it gets!

Pricing is one of the trickiest variables for operating a short-term rental. I've subcontracted this task to wheelhouse and couldn't be happier. Wheelhouse takes into consideration far more factors for pricing than I'm capable of.

Wheelhouse’s price estimates seem accurate to some, and not to others. For me, Wheelhouse sold my property at at least 20% lower than the rate I used before (despite already being fully booked). The system sometimes priced one night at three times the going rate, too. It seems wildly inaccurate for my property.
To top it off, a bug in their system dropped the price of my property by another 30%, which they acknowledged was a bug and that they had lost me money. In total, I’m about $500 down in one month. I contacted their support several times - I was given canned responses the first few times, and when eventually they replied, it took them several months to issue me a refund of $2. Acknowledged they lost me money, but still happily charged me $20. A very unethically run company, and not worth a try.
