I looked numerous times on this site and found more than enough cars to select from and could contact the dealers at any time of the day

My experience was very good thanks to a responsive website with helpful staff. I do think that the VRT is a money racket though but that is the Irish government's fault, not yours.

I find that prices quoted are pretty accurate to want sellers want.

After trying to trade car in which is in great order, i find most dealers offer the lowest on scale. Is this typical of most car dealers?

Decent system in terms of usability, features etc. I've used it twice (to sell 2 cars), but to be honest I've had a lot more interest (leads and inquiries) through Gumtree. In fact I sold both cars for free via Gumtree. Therefore, in my experience, Used Cars NI has not been worth the price.

Very good sales service -jonny very good. Very attentive and helpful. Car lovely. However, the cars computer needs reset and despite calling, have yet to get a satisfactory response 2weeks later.

A great site, automatically generates information about the car including number of previous keepers.

Paid for car to have GuardX applied. It wasn’t done on the interior or on external paintwork. Door sills and tail gate on boot where not cleaned. Follow up afterwards was a let down, Salesman had not a loan car ready for me and had obviously forgotten I was arriving with my vehicle to have it valeted and have the guardx application done. Left feeling that once you’ve paid your money you don’t matter.
