I needed assistance in the enrollment process. I called in and was greeted by the friendliest person who made the enrollment super simple for me. I started on line, but needed a way to split the payment between two credit cards. My enrollment was successful and I was able to split the payments with the agent as ai needed to.

Good online experience

Perfect for learning differences
I love that the course is accessible to people that learn differently. I have dyslexia and the ability for the course to read the online textbook and quiz to me is very helpful. You can also change the text and color of the pages also. All included without having to ask for it.

HVAC course reading materials do not match the course testing. Multiple lessons completed and the test questions are very subjective and do not allow for multiple answers per the info.
