Be aware. We wanted to cancel our Health Insurance but were met with what felt like delaying tactics time and time again over a period of 3 days. Eventually we decided our only option was to cancel the direct debit without actually managing to talk through anything with Usay. Unsurprisingly, within 24hrs of cancelling we finally had someone call us back. What a shame it took the threat of cancelling the DD before our efforts to speak to someone were acknowledged.
The outcome of that call was that our premiums were reduced drastically, and we now have health insurance again, and at a cost we can afford.
I have to add that all the various call handlers we spoke to were extremely polite, and that Oli was also helpful in understanding our issues.

My client account manager, Nick Hanney was very knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed into making a decision at any time. I also felt he was helping me chose the right provider for the needs of my husband and myself. Very clear and concise and I would thoroughly recommend this way of researching and buying private health insurance.

Nice guide and good sevice

I have just joined this week and am really happy with the service. I was dealing with Jake(Luton) and he was not only a really nice and courteous guy but he made the process very easy to understand and thus I made my decision quickly and easily with no pain. I am highly recommending Jake to all my friends who are thinking similarly to me at this point in the continuing struggles of the NHS. Thank you so much .🥰

I was very unsure about arranging medical insurance over the phone, having been hustled many times before, but Steve was not a hustler. He carefully explained the options available through Usay, which were from well-known, reputable providers, and went through the pros and cons carefully and without any obvious bias. There was none of the usual false hurry to sign up to take advantage of a time-constrained "offer". In fact, he advised us to work through the information provided later and ensure we understood all that was included and what was not. He called again as arranged, and we went through the various questions we had listed.
There was never any overt pressure to sign up, and we were quite satisfied that the cover we chose was correct for our current and foreseeable circumstances.
Only time will tell if our trust has been well placed, of course, and that will only happen if and when we need to activate the cover. Watch this space.......
