This Organization should be removed from the ability to advertise in the USA. They claim to be a USA Veteran company to take money from USA veteran companies. They prior on American citizen who wish to help and support true veterans of our military. Please do better to vet these companies from china and beyond from stealing US dollars with false advertising. Product took over a month to arrive and there was no way to cancel it when realized. I will do better to research as well before ordering.

Do not order from this company. My order took a month to arrive. The crap I got (3 shirts and 1 ballcap) doesn’t have any origin tags/information on it. Was shipped from U.K. 2 weeks after the order was placed. The items smell horrible! I’m afraid to wash the items with my normal laundry.

GO ON PAYPAL AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Says USA, BUT came from Germany.. Thought it was a scam, contacted PayPal, but it finally came on Charlie's birthday.. I'm out of town, so wasn't able to wear it or see the quality yet..

Absolutely the worst scam ever! I ordered four shirts and when I noticed tracking originated in Poland, I sent email asking about this. Their response was, “we have several warehouses around the world”, to which I replied, “you advertise US Veterans made”. They n ver answered even though I asked in two separate emails.
Then, package arrives (after 3 weeks!) and one shirt is highly defective, so I sent photos of shirt asking for refund.
Email back from them said, “you may return shirt for $40-$50 shipping cost. Or we can refund you $8 and you can keep shirt”
SERIOUSLY!
What a chump I am for falling for this horrible scam!

I ordered 2 shirts from here. They are junk! The white t-shirt that I ordered, was off white, even though it was bright white on the site! I attempted to return them, but they refuse to give my money back. Instead they want to send me $4.00 and I keep the shirts! I wouldn't wear either shirt! As I said before, they are junk. Save yourself a headache and don't order ANYTHING from this site!

I did get my shirt I ordered (eventually). The quality was very poor, letters were thin to the point the red shirt made white letters have a light pink hue and I was over charged. The word freedom was crooked across the chest. I reached out initially about my tracking number, then seen it was coming from China !! USA veteran made based in LA shipped from china….. 🤔mmmm. I reached out again when the shirt finally arrived about the over charge and quality. They said there was a system error and refunded me the overage and asked for photos of shirt. Sent pics and they said after reviewing that it was the shirt I ordered and that as a sign of goodwill they would refund me 2usd. I said no and they up it to 5 and asked if that was ok or if I had a suggestion. I requested $10 as the shirt cost me almost $40 and was suppose to be veteran made. They said no and offered $7. I would not buy from this company unless you want to see something and get a lower quality version of it instead. I took the 7 and the shirt but will warn others off this site. The shirt I bought from Amazon was less than half the price and WAY better quality and I got it faster. Buyer beware.

Definitely a scam. Wish I had read all these reviews. I on 9/21. Wanted to wear on 10/14…guess I won’t get it in time. Plus they charged $14 in tax. I’m going to report them to somebody…..maybe Fair Trade Commission 🤷‍♀️

Major scam! FB and others need to vet these companies! Ordered 3 weeks ago…shipment coming from ITALY! Tracking showing it’s finally arrived in USA. However, I sent them an email asking why it’s coming from Italy, when their website states everything is shipped from their LA warehouse. Received a response in broken English asking me to be patient! Time to dispute the charge!

Ordered from them 2 weeks ago with a delivery date of yesterday. Finally found a tracking # but I believe it’s fraudulent. Tracking said it’s coming from Italy with no date or time, but it’s supposed to be “veteran made in USA”. Will be trying to get money back thru PayPal. SCAM SCAM. SCAM

Wish I would have looked at reviews first! I ordered a shirt and it is coming from China and they also are trying to charge me $8.00 more for postage. They won’t respond to my inquiries. The post office wants $8.00 more and I am refusing!

Fraud,scam stay away from this company. They are not involved with veterans and the products are not made in the us,mine is coming from Italy and after 4 weeks still no order and they will not accept cancelations. They use pay pal for billing who adds their fees so the amount is greater than agreed to. Stay away from this company, fraud in evety way.

This company is a scam. There product is trash and the customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. They refuse to give me a return address that I have requested multiple times after emails stating I had to ask for the exact address. They have done absolutely nothing to fix this problem. I tried to cancel the order the same day I placed the order and they said it already shipped. This is the most dishonest company I have ever had to deal with.

Their site lied. Their products are not made in America. They are poor quality. Did not even receive what I ordered.
The Tee shirt was to have had the TPUSA log. It doesn't. The hat is a faded red and not the design I ordered. Took a month to reveive it. Shipped out of Ireland. Will not ever order again from them. Please do not order from them. Go to an approved TPUSA vendor.

Not made in the US and are claiming made in US by US veterans. How TF does it take weeks to deliver a shirt?

If I could give a minus I would. Not USA made or Veteran made. Shipped from China and took 3 weeks. Poor quality material. Website is misleading.

Do not buy from this company, it is a complete scam. I was double charged and disputed the charge with PayPal to no avail. My order is stuck in Ireland for weeks now and no order.
This company is not for Veterans and is not in the USA. Shameful and disgraceful.

This claims it is USA VETERANS made. My shirts are coming from Italy!!! When I confronted them via email, their answer was they have many storage facilities. I tried to cancel but was not able. I try to be careful to buy USA made products and wanted to support the veterans. Do not purchase from this company!!!
