This company is totally a scam! Says my item was being shipped from Wyoming and on some tracking website it is coming from Ireland. When I reached out to them, they sent me a tracking of which now it is coming from China. It has been about 6 weeks and still no item! Both tracking websites show no movement of my package. If I could rate this company with negative stars I would!
This company engages in fraudulent practices. They advertise products are cotton and well made. They are all made from nylon and synthetic screen dyed materials. What they advertise is not what you receive. Red is actually orange. The quality is inferior to the cost and their advertising. They have a $0 refund policy. After 10 back and forth emails they told me they would offer $17 on a $90 order claiming the return costs would be too high. Their customer service is a lie just as their products. They also claimed to be donating to the flood relief efforts in central Texas on their website and that is a total lie. Their website claimed that they were a small company in Central Texas and contributing a portion of the profits to the flood relief from July. They either hijacked someone else's page and redirected it to their supplier or they had no intention and added to their false advertising.
