Ordered book. They billed my credit card and said they would notify me when it shipped. Two weeks later, nothing - only way to contact them is e-mail. E-mailed them, no response. No other way to reach them.
Three weeks after received message my book was being shipped. Received it around 4 weeks after ordering. Never heard back from e-mails. Book is in good shape, just very slow

The books I got were a really great price and they came really fast! I would definitely buy more books in the future.

I ordered the wrong books, so I contacted them through email. They were able to stop the order from being shipped and refunded me my money the same day. I was so happy that I did not have to send it back and go through that while process.

I wish I could give negative stars... because this place absolutely deserves it.
I ordered 2 items (set of technical bulletins & electrical diagrams).
After almost a month and 2 phone calls I received the first order..
BUT about 1/3rd of the pages were missing and there were random duplicates and triplicates of some sections scattered throughout.
I carefully determined what pages were missing and contacted Alex (the owner) by phone on 3 occasions over the following 2 weeks to request the missing pages. (I sent a detailed email with a list).
On the first call he said he was considering delegating the task and would do it. On the next call he just said he would try to get to it. On the 3 call (nearly 6 weeks after order placed) he finally just said he wouldn't do it.
When I asked for a refund he said I would have to ship back the "xeroxed" pages he had sent.
Each time I called and emailed I also asked when I could expect the 2nd item I ordered (electrical diagrams) and each time he said he would try to get to it.
Finally after almost 6 weeks he just said he can't fulfill that order at all.
I said to him that it would have been nice if he could have told me earlier so I could try to obtain the items elsewhere.
I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get a refund but I'll never get back the several hours spent organizing the mess of papers and time spent calling & emailing him with nothing to show for it.
Throughout, I was patient, kind and never angry with him (more baffled at the incompetence).
I'm not sure I could dream up a more woeful overall experience with a business... it's certainly ranks as the worst I've had in 5 decades.

The package arrived quicker than I expected and the order was complete.

I ordered 15 books. Nearly $200. It took forever for them to ship. When the package arrived, it was packaged so poorly the books are all bent up and the best part is, I’m missing TEN out of FIFTEEN books I ordered. If I could give less than one star I would.

Update - they did send me the rest of my books. Quickly and packaged much more appropriately so I’ll make it 3 stars

Super fast delivery! great price!

Impressed with packaging --- it was raining when delivered to my porch (I wasn't home) and the cardboard box was soaked but the books were fine because they were shrink wrapped.
Books exactly as described.
