There isn't enough I can say about this…

There isn't enough I can say about this company. I purchased the product, excited to see results. Working with this company as a customer has been anything but exciting. I placed an order on 8-12-24 and then received two "delayed shipping" emails to which I finally received my order on 8-27-24. I started using the mask every day, as recommended and reached out to the company to see about the 30 day warranty and see if it would be extended due to their shipping delays. That then started a series of emails saying to keep using it longer and now only use it 1-2 times a week and may take 1-2 months to see results. There was no mention about the warranty. I emailed back and forth and finally requested a refund 3 times in different emails because their replies were, keep using it. After the 3rd or 4th time I requested a refund, I said I would not be asking again and would file a dispute with my credit card. They replied that they will forward my correspondence to their legal department and they would get with the card company. I saved them the trouble and sent a PDF of all our correspondences in one document. I then received at least a smaller form of an apology for all the inconvenience...but they still said keep using it and no mention of my refund. Then I get a separate email saying that the window for the 30 day guarantee has now expired and they will not honor the warranty. I placed my order on 8-12-24 and it is 9-7-24 today...not 9-12-24 and they caused 2 weeks of shipping delays. And I have had about 7-8 emails back and forth about this issue. It is no longer about whether the product works because they keep changing how many times a week you should wear it and for how long...this is about the principal of working with a company that does not stand behind their own principals and tout thousands of satisfied customers with 5 star reviews, only to treat existing customers this poorly. It just should not be this hard to request a refund and their customer support is in desperate need of empathy towards shipping delays that they, themselves, caused. I do not recommend this company at all and encourage any customer to find another company with a similar product for a full end-to-end customer experience that companies should be proud to offer.
