I orderd for my first time and I liked the50% percent
off there prices so I went ahead n orderd boots with my percentage n promo code n i checked out and I saw the total it was all good then only to be charged the full ridiclouse amount on my bank statement I tryed calling them but there closed I will call first thing Monday morning not a very good expierence for my first time with OG.Urban.co if they do not clear this up I want a full refund n won't shop with them ever n i shop alot when I find new shops online

Hey I would like to know how does the shoes fit?

I order from Urbanog I'd say at least every other month. I am a plus size woman and they always have trendy things for women my size at an AFFORDABLE price. my last order UOG2329510 contained a houndstooth set and a jumpsuit, something for work, and something for happy hour! Both fit, came within the same week, and will be something I wear multiple times. In addition to that they are nice enough respond on their social media if I have any questions, thats so important! I will always be a customer here!!

I have been a loyal customer for 2 1/2 years. I am writing another review due to the changes with the website. I would like to ask the company why did standard shipping price go up to $13? It use to be $5 standard shipping rate. Also, what happened to deals of the day? I understand that now the whole site is 50%off but it’s pointless because a person cannot receive free shipping if over $50 and use the 50% off code. Please bring back the deals your company previous had.

I love UrbanOg.com. Ever since I discovered the site, I have been in love. Their trendy clothes and shoes are soooo bomb, and the prices are so cheap and affordable.My recent order (#UOG2322409) was three pairs of sandals for which I got them all for $50. I was super pleased! I have ordered from them on multiple occasions, and they have never slacked on communication or tracking/shipping. I always get compliments on all my stuff and I always recommend them to anyone looking for cute clothes or shoes for any type of occasion or season.

I have ordered shoes from this website for close to ten years and was only unhappy one time with my actual shoes. I recently ordered a pair of open toed booties and during a 40 % off promo but never got the 40% off even though I entered the coupon code. Coincidentally my packing slip didn't have the price on it. If this happens again I won't be ordering from them.

One of the best customer service!! Before they shipped one of the pairs of shoes ordered, I was contacted and told there was a small spot of the side of the shoe. Pictures were sent to show the "spot". They wanted to know that if I decided I still wanted the shoe they would give me a discount. Quick turn around on communication as well. This store will be one of my "go-to" stores for shoes!!

I absolutely love shopping at urbanog! Everything that I buy from there is cute! I recently ordered a denim jacket and I fell in love with it the minute I took it out of the package.
