1st Copenhagen 2 worked well but 2nd and 3rd would not pair with iPhone. Customer service by chat was not helpful [no phone help] and I suspected was a bot but not sure.

earbud stopped working after 45 days, no support from the company at all. They said 'speak to retailer' amazon said 'speak to seller' - totally ridiculous. AVOID.

I bought the Los Angeles headphones from this company. They look attractive, but overall the product is poorly designed.

The clamping force is excessive, causing discomfort after about 30 minutes of use. The headphones are also unnecessarily heavy, which further reduces comfort.

The solar charging feature is inefficient and does not significantly reduce the need for conventional charging.

The major issue is a structural design flaw in the headband (bridge). This component must repeatedly flex and absorb tensile and bending forces every time the headphones are put on or taken off. The material in this area needs sufficient elasticity and fatigue strength to withstand repeated stress. Instead, rigid components and additional mass (the solar hardware) are placed there, which concentrates stress and leads to premature structural failure. Mine broke in under a year.

Because of the poor mechanical design, comfort issues, and durability problems, I would not recommend this product.

Bought the Urbanista Los Angeles because of the solar battery charging. Before buying I went to see some reviews and saw people saying that they were tight, but I thought that could be from just being new and it would eventually be okay. Oh boy was I wrong been with them for months and use them practically every day and it still gives me headaches for using it for less than 2 hours. The purpose of my bought was because of the solar charging, that works pretty well and the battery lasts veryyy long, I can be like a week of using them daily and still have battery. The only problem is really the headaches

Allright sound and software wise, but awful buid quality. For this price you can find way better stuff in all aspects

I bought the Miami headphones from their 'Official' Amazon storefront, six months in the function button stops functioning. I reached out to get them fixed under warranty. Initially I waited 3 weeks for a reply, nothing. So I emailed again. This time they advised that as I bought it from Amazon it's not their duty to provide warranty. Thing is, it's their official storefront on Amazon. Urbanista are on the invoice as the seller. Anyway, Amazon refunded and I won't be purchasing Urbanista again in a hurry.

I ordered the Urbanista London earbuds. When it arrived, all that was in the box is the charger cord and the silicone inserts for the earbuds. There was no charger case and no earbuds! I have purchased these 2 times and have been pleased each time with my purchase, so I would just like to have my new ones. Thank you.

Not good at all. Very bad sound. Not worth the money.

I have the Urbanista Palo Alto in-ear earphones, and they are horrible. This is just re-branded junk from China, honestly. I've had them for six months now, and experienced the following issues:
1. Every time you move year ears (e.g. during exercise) it pauses your music
2. One earphone doesn't connect well to the case, so it's often not charging or connecting when I take them out
3. Battery life is really bad, they don't even last me a day now. When it starts indicating that the battery is low, they usually die within 15 minutes, not giving me time to charge them.

Overall the qualify just feels poor. Sound is okay, but not great, same for the ANC. The multi-device pairing option is nice and works well, but overall for a 80 euro headphones they are extremely underwheling.

Bought two pairs of San Francisco wired earbuds. Both are non-functioning within 6 months.

Have had 2 pairs of over the ear headphones from Urbanista. First pair lasted about 2 years before the headband just cracked and broke. I really liked them, so I replaced them with the same, as I like the self-charging aspect. Unfortunately second pair lasted just less than 2 years before they packed up. Kept switching themselves off and became really crackly, to now be unusable.

Maybe I'm expecting too much, and they should only last 2 years, but they aren't that cheap. With more solar powered ones on the market, I'll try a different brand.

Absolutely its the best headset i have ever tried it ( Los Angeles) and the customer care is so great i never had such good experience i highly recommend it it worth it each penny u pay , my headphones got broken and they sent me the new pair replacement with 0 charge in fews days only

Really poor quality, pairing doesn’t work properly, one EarPod dead, don’t bother buying.

I ordered a pair of earbuds that are unusable - they're massive, flimsy and won't stay in my ears. According to their website they offer 30 day returns but you have to email them first to get the address. I've been trying to contact their support email address over the last 3 weeks and no one bothers to even answer!

The covering on the ear section of my Urbanista Los Angeles headphones burst. Customer service could not assist me and said there were no spare parts to fix it.

Love my Copenhagen. A cheap alternative to Apple earbuds.

I purchased a pair of Palo Alto and I´m so happy with the service and the product.:)

I’ve had 3 different Urbanista products: Stockholm plus, Los Angeles and now Palo Alto. I’m happy with the performance and i like the color options. The adaptive noice cancelling on Palo Alto is aamazing!! Perfect for me who travels a lot. Hope they make a follow up on LA, the solar feature is cool. :-)

I love these headphones, super comfortable and great bass! I have used them for a few calls and people say I sound good, so for me this is a 5 out 5.

Great brand - impressed with Palo Alto! Battery life, Adaptive ANC and the phone calls is outstanding 👍.
