Beautiful items efficiently sent great to find a company that delivers free and gives free return.

I got two cushion covers. Excellent quality and speedy delivery. Will be ordering more soon.

Update: I've since discovered that the pillowcases were not the advertised size and are much larger than expected. They're far too big for our pillows and Urbanara have not responded.

"Received prompt and helpful response to my product enquiry before ordering. Placed order for duvet cover/pillowcases with ease on 07/04/18 which arrived safely from Portugal today. Order and tracking information updates regularly received. My order was well packaged and thoughtfully wrapped with free returns label, invoice and brochure enclosed. Product appears to be good quality for price paid. Excellent experience all round and would definitely recommend!"

It's a fantastic throw, soft and comfy but out of the box there was a pulled thread. I really didn't expect that poor quality. So, 3 out of 5

I bought a Coimbra Towel Collection which were incredibly poor quality. I returned them the same day. UPS stated they had left the parcel with a neighbour which was untrue and caused a lot of stress. The only good thing I can say is that Urbanara customer services were incredibly helpful hence 3 stars and not 1.

Product good but delivery took 3 months 😒

The delivery was abroad and I was notified both when they were sent out as well as when they were delivered.
Love it when it all goes smoothly

Ordered some luxury towels that were being sent from a manufacturer in Japan. Estimated delivery was 3 weeks, several days after this date passed ingoy an email saying delivery would be an additional few weeks. I was happy to wait. Another month went by and no towels and no contact from Urbanara... so I emailed and was assured another few weeks. Another month went by, again no contact. I emailed again for a discount which was finally agreed to (10%) but after waiting almost 3 months or should really have come from Urbanara not me requesting it. Towels finally came. They are good quality, but had I known the issues in delay and the poor communication I would have ordered equally nice ones elsewhere.

The waffle towels took 6 weeks longer than originally stated but they are very nice

Just the name of the company fills you with confidence and a feeling that you will be provided with some unique and quality products. I was not disappointed; having ordered some bath towels they arrived and were as expected and more.

I bought a beautiful wool throw. It was delivered quickly and was nicely packaged. Best of all it was on sale. This was my first purchase and didn't know what to expect. I was impressed with URBANARA. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back.

I am absolutely delighted with my bedspread. I have waited quite a few weeks (product out of stock) but yes it has been worth it. Just what I wanted for the summer months. Many thanks URBANARA.

overall I find it long to wait for some of the products, but now I realize that some of them are being produced. I'm very happy with the service and quality of the products.
