Placed an order, took my money got confirmation on wedsite with order number, but no email confirmation with further information or details on order like estimated delivery time etc and no reply to my enquiries regarding the whereabouts of my order that I have paid for. Not happy, and I will be taking this further if I do not get an acknowledgement soon.

I've ordered a rare bourbon from the company over 10 days ago. I've been trying to contact them over the last few days because I've received no information about my order.

UPDATE:
The team got back to me almost immediately, I was assured that my delivery would arrive before Christmas and the member of staff that dealt with my issue was polite, understanding and incredibly helpful. I'm looking forward to when the item arrived!

Ordered 3 bottles and received 1 in quick time and great condition. Good start.
No word on where the other 2 bottles were so I emailed and received a quick response saying they were coming from their German hub and would be on the way that day.
A week later after not receiving I messaged again and was told the customs clearance hadn’t been approved and they would resend the paperwork and they’d be despatched either that day or the day after.
A week later still nothing. I asked for a refund for the 2 bottles I hadn’t received and was given a refund but it was £33 short.
I argued and provided the original sales invoice with the prices I had paid and eventually received my other missing cash.
Awful experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
As somebody else has noted it’s a German company you deal with but as I used a website ending in co.uk I presumed it was a company here in the U.K. poor show all round. Avoid.

This Gin is not easily available on the market. Been looking for good few months. Found enough stock needed. Speedy delivery.

i bought a 6pack of ice tropez and i paid £60
they only sent me 1 bottle
i sent them an email with pictures of the money i paid and the picture of one bottle i received and never got a correspondence

I highly recommend shopping with Urban Drinks UK, who sourced a bottle of vodka unavailable in the UK from Berlin, it arrived in perfect condition, pleasant delivery driver. I appreciate the whole shopping experience provided by this company, especially after a dreadful experience with another online company based in Spain.

Although urban drinks knew about in-transit issues with Cosa Nostra Scotch Whisky, leaking out of the bottle, I was content with a full refund, including postage, once the bottle was returned. The customer service team responded swiftly & satisfactory & with this, I will use their services again. My rating is low because of the product, not the customer service team.

Delivered very quickly and managed to get hold of a drink that I have not been able to source for a couple of years.
