Dreadful company - tread carefully. Sent a handle with the wrong caps, then tried to accuse me of switching them with an old handle (which was broekn so they're no use!). No refund, and wouldn't even send a pair of replacement caps for a few pence. All this for a £7 item where the goodwill would be worth more than £7. Best avoided.

I needed a replacement gear box for a rather old tilt and turn double glazed window unit. After contacting several local repairers who all promised to visit and quote, and then failed to turn up, I searched online and found this company.
I completed the online contact form and received a reply within 5 minutes asking for photos and further information from Allan. He then replied to the photos recommending a gearbox and fittings within 20 minutes. Part ordered and dispatched within the next 15 minutes.

Having tried a local locksmith and glazier I tried these folks out for a solution to a house with no window keys.
I sent in a photo of the lock in question at 8pm on a Sunday, mid morning Monday I had a reply as to which key would fit, ordered and paid, Tuesday morning in the 1st post the key arrived, and it’s perfect!!!

I ordered some replacement vent caps for my front door. They were despatched in hours, but I didn’t receive them due to the appalling service at FedEx, who returned them to upvcspares4repairs two weeks later with the packaging ripped. Jonathan from the original seller rang me, and very kindly offered to send them again via Royal Mail, and the package duly arrived the next day. Excellent service and products from upvcspares4repairs.

I used this company for the first time on 11/5/21 and was so impressed by their customer service, response times, competitive prices and delivery speed. I was after a replacement handle for a very old UPVC door and window, anti-snap euro locks and literally had no clue what to order. I received a response to my email within an hour with recommendations for suitable products. The products arrived by FedEx the next day (at no extra cost). Then ran into a problem installing the handle (I am a complete novice) and emailed them after 11pm on 12/5 and awoke to find a response (from Allan) which had been sent at 6.59am on 13/5 which enabled me to resolve the issue. I am beyond impressed - take a bow! Will definitely be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

So I used this company after many searches in frustration for my window part. In the end I found these, had an easy upload your picture of the part section. I did this and was help within hours by ann amazing email which not only contained all the info on the part but also fitting etc. Brilliant help, thanks guys

Really useful instructions on how to a replace door locking mechanism, products very well described allowing the correct selection of spare, same day dispatch of product. All in all an excellent supplier.

I contacted company by email with photos of my broken uvpc window locking system. Allan identified as a locking system no longer made. He suggested 2 alternative systems one of which I purchased and arrived within 2 days well packaged in a cardboard tube. I have now fitted the new locking bar which fitted perfectly and was fiddly but not too difficult to fit. This really is a 5* company with excellent 5* customer service. Thank you to Allan for patiently answering my 3 emails on the same day and finding a solution. The best service I have had with a company on the internet. Thank you.

My bathroom window broke and I didn’t really have a clue about fixing it. After some research I found I needed an espag lock. The website made it easy to source a replacement with confidence. Communication was excellent and so was the packaging. It is also important to me that they use the Royal Mail to deliver to me in Jersey, Channel Islands. No excessive postal charge like so many other retailers I see who use couriers and subsequently avoid. A fantastic experience, I have just repaired the window with no problems. Highly recommended and many thanks.

I ordered a replacement window lock rod (1000mm long) which arrived within 24hrs on free delivery - great start and one day ahead of schedule.
Then, really impressed by the quality of packaging as the metal rod, although quite robust, had been screwed to a 1200mm long piece of 50mm x 15mm timber, cling film wrapped to ensure zero movement and then placed in sealed, thick plastic bag !!!
No risk of any damage in transit, avoiding the hassle of unnecessary returns. That's what I call truly excellent customer service for a £21, competitively priced product including delivery

Fantastic service, they helped me source the correct replacement uPVC door hinge and then the order came really quickly, and the covers are a prefect fit.

I needed window keys but I didn't have the original. When I contacted them I had a response from Allan with lots of helpful information. He asked me to send a picture of the lock, as maybe he could identify which key might fit/work and he did it! Quick response on emails, friendly and fixed my problem, thank you!

Again I find myself leaving feedback for Allan. I am refurbishing more patio door and hinges, without his help and direction this would not be taking place, I now feel able to order the 15 hinges from this Company in June.
Allan is the font of all knowledge, he knows everything there is to know about UPVC spares. He was such a lucky find, his attitude is a "can do one". helping, guiding, and listening, then getting you to the right parts which are so reasonably priced with this Company.

We moved into our new home and found that there were a couple of windows without keys. They are 20+ years old but Allan was able to identify the type from the photos. Ordered the keys on Friday, they came on Monday and fit perfectly! Excellent service even with lockdown!

The technical guys were very helpful, I didn't have a clue what I needed so after a few pictures sent to them they sorted me out straight away and the UPVC locking mechanism and handle set fit and worked perfectly.
Will definitely use them again.

I found this company very helpful indeed when my patio door mechanism failed. Excellent advice and what I can only describe as that good old fashioned service that is hard to find these days. I would heartily recommend the company if you need any help/advice with this sort of product.
