Frustratingly Slow Onboarding Experience with Upsales Agency

Has anyone else experienced extremely slow onboarding with Upsales Agency?

I’m now over five weeks into the process and we’re still not live. Communication has been painfully slow, usually one response every 24–36 hours, and every email feels like a template rather than someone actually managing my account.

I already had warmed-up domains and an Instantly setup ready to go, but was asked to switch platforms, purchase additional domains, and spend roughly $700 on new tools. After all of that, I still haven’t even seen the full email sequence.

I’m sticking around for the initial campaign because I’ve already invested the money and time, but if you’re considering them, I’d ask a lot of questions about onboarding timelines before signing up. My experience so far has been frustrating.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, they have leaked my data to their customers without my consent, and do not respond when I contct them. This must be illegal!! I am receiving up to 20 cold calls a day, I am going to have to change my phone number because of this company.

Do not engage with these horrible people
