Excellent prices and customer support

Very good prices on memory. Shipped quickly. 1 of the 2 pieces of RAM I had ordered ended up being defective, and I expected at least a moderate runaround in troubleshooting and replacement. But I was thoroughly impressed instead.

There was no hassle whatsoever. They immediately sent me a return shipping label (for me to not be charged in the return shipping), and provided a replacement very quickly that works great.

I am suitably impressed.
Actually, I had to search out review sites just to give them the kudos that I think they deserve.
