I'm seriously disappointed, in my case I ordered on the 22 November 2024, here we are on the 16 Feb 2025, nothing, so almost 3 MONTHS in.

I've contacted them EIGHT times in this time frame, the best I've got is they 'might ship Mid Feb'

It IS now Mid Feb, nothing.

My advice to anyone thinking of buying, just don't, you may be kept waiting for MONTHS.

Uperfect you should hang your heads in shame, rest assured I will hit every review site I can find and tell the TRUTH.

Unfortunately received damaged monitor - dead pixels. but Jenny dealt with my case professionally, offered compensation, since I couldn't make return.
The monitor was c2 pro. Really liked the colours

I haven't received my item yet because when I ordered unknowingly to me, they were out of stock.

However, Jenny the sales rep informed me of this shortcoming but I had to initiate by asking how can I be compensated for this rather than being offered.

They eventually included a feee item, not a choice of mine that I would like to have but a discount would have been nice rather than having to pay for another item to clear.

Update:

I sent numerous emails and messages but no response. Still no update on my package nor a refund.

I love these monitors for my work and streaming purposes. Makes it fun and easy to bring my consoles with me as well. Ive had incredible services when I had port issues and it was solved incredibly fast and clear what they were doing.

I would love to buy this product again.

The agent that I sp9ke to was intentive and answer all my questions . Even offered and way to remedy my issue fast. . I appreciate the communication and quick response.

We have two Uperfect 15.6” monitors for travel. At first, I was having trouble bring up the brightness. I finally gave up and emailed support. Lo and behold I got an answer in hours. The way the tech person explained how to increase the brightness the problem was resolved. It was so simple.

I have been looking to buy an addition two of their monitors, I am not looking at other brands as the current experience with the monitors is five stars. I have written tech service to ask a couple of questions about the monitors I am thinking of. The support response has been fast and clear. So, I am just watching the sales and will buy two monitors in an 18 or 22” size.

For me I like the product and the support. Very fortunate they are price competitive.

Also the support help is friendly and interested in what the issue is.

Great prices when items are on sale you get a cheap portable solution for work and travel. Customer support has been really good at responding to any enquiries.

We ordered a monitor and only noticed two months later that it had spots on the display.
(It's actually our fault that we only discovered this so late ...)

In order to avoid a complicated and time-consuming return and because the monitor was basically usable, we were offered a Refund of almost 30% straight away!
Without having to send the device back!

Very friendly support staff and quick response to problems!

Jenny was clear, very gentle, and professional.

I was gifted a monitor & it works great until you plug in the hdmi to play or watch anything. The person that gifted it to me doesn’t have a receipt & they lived miles & miles away from me. I contacted customer service & they will not honor a warranty even if I give them the serial number & all that! Just beware they have loopholes in order to get out of their warranty.

Amazing 16' 4K OLED monitor for mobile office. Bright colors and good contrast. To flaws: not all in one USB-C cable (need two USB-C cables) and I prefer a monitor without the built-in battery but it's not in the product list.

Over all the price and quality are excellent but delivery time is very slow I ordered a touch screen in 15th of December and when I asked about the shipment date they told me end of January

Overall the price of the items are good if it is discounted. Customer service is responding promptly.

I recently had an issue with my UPERFECT monitor, which unfortunately got damaged while traveling. As a digital nomad, my situation was quite complicated since I’m constantly on the move. Despite these challenges, the UPERFECT support team went above and beyond to help me. They replaced my monitor quickly (while I was in Thailand!) and even made exceptions to accommodate my circumstances. Their customer service has been nothing short of amazing—responsive, understanding, and incredibly professional. I’m truly impressed by the quality of both their products and their support. I am highly impressed with this monitor and the experience it provides. The functionality of the stacked dual screens is significantly more effective than the widescreen monitor I previously used. Additionally, its portability is incredibly convenient, and it fits perfectly in my laptop backpack, making it easy to carry and set up wherever I need it. This monitor is simply outstanding.
