Everything was surprisingly excellent! I’ve heard so much about different moving companies but honestly, everything was amazing! Professionalism. Communication. Efficiency. I would heartily recommend them.

Competitive pricing, drivers that are willing to deliver to less than ideal locations, i.e. like mine at the bottom of a paved hill. The convenience and ease of packing the containers and having them delivered to my new house with three full business days to unpack them was a lifesaver. Everything went extremely smoothly and the drivers were super friendly and helpful. I was able to buy myself two(free) whole extra days by having the containers dropped off for loading/unloading on a Thursday or Friday. Would recommend to anybody that needs to relocate.

Super simple process with no hidden fees. I knew exactly what I was going to be paying from start to end. And all my stuff got to my new state intact and ready to use. Would definitely use them again/ recommend!

I had a great experience using Upack to move my stuff across the country from MN to CA. The drop off and delivery of my things was communicated on multiple occasions to make sure there was no mixups or miscommunication. Everyone was so polite and my items were delivered with care. If I could rate them out of 10 it definitely would be an 11! I will always use Upack for my moves in the future!

It was interesting to load and unload a trailer at 61 abd 65 but we did it. The trailer arrived on time, picked up on time - very smooth process. Both Fontana, CA and Sullivan, Mo (Dean Robertson) drivers were the nicest drivers. Highly recommend ABF / U-Pack

They delivered my relo cube to me, it was loaded up and picked it up at my request, it was delivered to my new address, across the country on time. The price was the best every where!!! I was treated with honesty and respect from the receptionist on the phone to the delivery drivers! My family has used them and now I have. Use Upack…you will be happy!!

Absolutely amazing company that I would recommend to everyone. They were very accommodating and responsive when we needed another cube for our move as well as when we needed to get our cubes to get our things out. I would use them again one future if we needed to move again. Thank you U-pack!

We actually started our move with another mover and had several issues, we found Upack through chat gpt! The entire process from ordering a trailer to be placed on our driveway through the pick up and transport across country was seamless. Communication
and customer service was outstanding! We knew exactly what date to expect our household goods and it arrived as expected - everything was in great shape. We emptied our trailer and they picked it back up the same day. My daughter moved across country using a “do it all” service, she paid $10,000 more than we did with Upack and all of her tv’s arrived damaged! Upack is the way to go! Highly recommend using this company! They also beat all the competitor pricing.

UPack made my life so much easier. Having been scammed by a interstate moving company back in 2018 (FBI was involved and the case went to the federal court - the crooks got convicted, and now waiting for the sentence), I was extremely nervous searching for a moving company this time. I came across UPack through ChatGPT, which showed me the comarison between PODS and UPack options. What sold me about UPack was the reviews by other users and reliability. I moved from Vienna, VA to Overland Park, KS and the trailer was dropped off, picked up, and delivered on the days promised respectively. I chose "guaranteed delivery" option to lock in the date for the delivery, and it arrived at 8 a.m. on the day promised. It was a refreshing experience when I found the trailer waiting for me earlier than the expected time. I engaged local labor-only movers both in Vienna, VA and Overland Park, KS and they worked out great as well. You are to call them to confirm your next touch points, and everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and caring. A person in Kansas actually called me to follow up to see if I was able to make an arrangement wth the 'guaranteeed delivery' division. That was very nice. Since I only used 17 feet, instead of initial 28 feet I reserved, I got a big discount at the end as well. All in all, this was the best moving experience I have had in my life. Thank you, UPack!

I’ve never used a moving service like this before. It was perfection! Actually seamless. Everything was so streamlined and showed up exactly how they said it would. Extremely happy and would definitely use this again!

For a move from Atlanta to Florida, this couldn’t have been any more perfect. The Upack freight carriers were perfectly timed and super fast to respond to any questions or shifts in my needs. I could have done a little better with my local movers help that i hired separately, but everything associated with the relocubes was excellent service!

This was convenient and good option to moving all our household items cross country. My only complaint was the ramp was a grated ramp which makes it really hard while using a certain Dollie’s with smaller wheels. Especially when came to moving the piano it was difficult but manageable. Unlike regular moving trucks which use a solid ramp for any kind of dolly ABF does have a regular moving ramp just a grated kind.

I had a fantastic experience with U-Pack. They were the best bang for buck - good rates, sturdy containers, amazing customer service. The container was delivered promptly (on both ends), and it was so nice to have multiple days to pack and unpack.
The entire process was simple and seamless. If I ever need to move across the country again, I will absolutely use U-Pack!

Drop offs and pickups were seamless and only having to pay for the space utilized made it the perfect option for moving across the country.

Delivery was a day late, sat around with my 5 helpers waiting the full 8 hour delivery window with no communication. Delivered the next day with full apology from the driver. Loaded, prompt pickup, then fast shipping to our destination, unloaded and prompt pickup of the empty container! Great service, 1 star deduction for the late delivery.

UPack was super flexible with me as my dates were fluid. The drop-off arrived on schedule and the pick-up was on the day they said so. ABF made this move super easy.

I cannot say enough good things about U-Pack. With so much stress and uncertainty during our cross-country move, they were the one constant we could rely on. They made everything feel easy, and every person we interacted with was kind, understanding, and flexible when we needed it most.

They quoted a fair price upfront, and there were no hidden fees and no surprises after all was delivered and done - which when we were initially shopping around and reading reviews of other moving companies is apparently rare.

After this experience, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Truly a solid, dependable company and we’re so grateful they made our move this smooth!
