They take your money and do not deliver the goods. Outrageous ripping off my young son who saved up for his deskpad. . DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Absolute shambles, don't waste your money, they don't provide updates, they don't answer emails, you can't speak to anyone, they take your money and do nothing, absolute scam

Its clearly a scam. No responses at all and they abuse the nature of groupbuys to leave enough time to not get a chargeback from the bank.

Paid for a desk mat on November 2021, no sign of it yet… there is no way to contact their “support”. I’ve tried everything method multiple times, Just to get ignored.

almost certainly a scam. My deskpad hasnt been received and while I get responses theres no estimation on delivery. The website now says stuff about last every group buys and is emailing codes for discount. I suspect its just a money grab before they disappear. From what I can tell, pads havent been sent in about 6 months

ordered a mousepad 2 weeks ago, still hasn't came, their customer support is terrible they don't respond to emails or chat support on their website.
Buy from somewhere else don't waste your time with them.

Ordered a deskpad, the delivery takes a few months and during that time I moved apartments. I messaged Unspoken to get the address changed and they confirmed the change with me.
After the order was shipped it had my old address so I got back in contact and they confirmed there was an error their side.
Almost a year later now and I've had no refund, or replacement, after emailing them repeatedly. Would avoid at all costs

The deskpads are great but the whole group buy thing is poorly run. You can’t properly track orders, when they’re shipped you have to chase customer service for a tracking number. You only have to look at discord to see the number of people waiting for orders 3/4 months down the line. Delayed shipping. Not transparent and has poor communication with customers.
Discord is full of people asking where orders are, delays aren’t communicated and if you raise a ticket it’s pretty much deleted not long after. Oh and doesn’t matter if you preordered your deskpad in April, they’ll advertise the same deskpad as “in stock ready to ship” without shipping your order. It’s a total mess. I know COVID is a thing but get some help running it!
Although I’m happy with the quality of the deskpads, I won’t be ordering anymore. The customer service is pretty poor and the tone of the emails received is really unprofessional. If a customer questions where their order is because they’ve not had a tracking number you don’t need to suddenly send out an email saying it’s been shipped and follow it up with “you’re confused because it’s been delivered”.
So 1 star for the quality, another for finally getting them. Aaaand that’s about it!
