I paid to have my phone unlocked within…
I paid to have my phone unlocked within 1 to 70 hours. It's been way beyond that time frame. All I get from them is computer generated messages when I ask about my unlock code. Now they respond a few days later after giving me the option for refund because the one supplier couldnt supply code. They told me they had another supplier if I wanted to proceed I said no just want refund. I have all emails for proof if needed they are liars and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all.

I am always a bit skeptical about how easy it is to unlock a cellphone. Previous experiences with others purporting to offer a great service have ended in disappointment.
This was different, got the unlock code really quickly and the only issue was that I was inputting incorrectly. I didn’t know that at the time so I contacted the guys. They responded within minutes and put me right.
Everything worked like it should do.
Great service with a sincere desire to offer their customers the best experience. They succeeded and I highly recommend them.

Beware of their claim of money back …
Beware of their claim of money back guarantee. After the unlock was unsuccessful for my Samsung S5, I promptly provided a detailed and clear video proof indicating that the code they sent me failed to unlock my device. To my surprise, they kept giving me the run arounds about refunding me insisting that I should use a SIM card instead to prompt the phone to ask for a code. They insisted although they mention in their website that the SIM method does not work for some devices and they provided other options instead. That is exactly what I did. When the SIM method failed I followed further instructions from their own website. Unlock Scope is elusive, dishonest and very unprofessional. I called my credit card company and they protected me against these crooks.
Don't get fooled by their response. They are excellent at providing a justification for everything. They know full well that the SIM method does not work for all phones but they insist on it anyway. They claim in the response below that they have their support team to solve such problems. Unfortunately, in my case they were very oblivious of my many requests to provide a solution. I have all the email proof of how my requests were ignored.

When an unlocking process fails, we have our support team who is contacting the customer and offers troubleshooting guidance.
What we have on the website are generic details publicly available for anyone connecting and even for those who have not placed an order.
The reasons for a process to fail are different from a case to another and that is why we have the customer support department, to help the customers and troubleshoot their issues in order for the process to have a successful outcome in the end or to process the refund.
I'm certain of the fact that between our instructions to perform the unlocking process one of the main requests is to use a non-accepted SIM card that will trigger the device to ask for an unlocking code or it will trigger a specific error message.
That is why we've asked you to have a non-accepted SIM card inserted when making the video file.
We're still waiting for the correct video file so we can offer you proper assistance and help you get this successfully done.
